Intermediate Fat Burning

I know this is a bit late, but I just did this workout for the first time
tonight. I like your hair long better and the music in this one was
awesomely relaxing. It made even the more challenging poses better.

I love this challenge this channel and this woman. Great motivation and
great videos. I love that she asks us about her hair because it’s such a
personal thing so it makes me feel closer to her. So yeah that’s awesome
she’s awesome! Can’t wait to finish this challenge I feel great already!

I love this channel, but I have to say, I could care less what you are
doing with your hair. Isn’t that your choice? I really respect content that
will help us get healthier, better…but asking me how you should style
your hair?! I don’t understand it
January 31st, 2015 at 11:59 am
My preference is for your longer hair, Jen. But you know you’re drop dead
gorgeous with short hair too! Those beautiful eyes shine so brightly no
matter what the length of your hair is! ;-)
January 31st, 2015 at 12:14 pm
long hair fits you well….of course I do love the short, but sometimes
something different for awhile stirs up life in a positive way….
awesome…. great work out…definitely love the warrior positions as these
last two weeks of practicing has helped my stability.

Jen is afraid to show something more revealing. Don’t you know that some
guys like me are on here for other reasons than yoga?
January 31st, 2015 at 3:21 pm
It might feel a lot like exercise to millions of gym-goers as their muscles
strain and they struggle to hold that pose. But in the US, the yoga
community is arguing vociferously that’s not really what their asanas are
all about.
From 1 October, a sales tax of 5.75% in Washington, DC, will be extended to
gyms, fitness centres and other premises “the purpose of which is physical
exercise”. Locally, it’s been nicknamed the “yoga tax”, even though the
city council’s legislation doesn’t actually mention the Y-word. And local
yoga fans insist that the levy shouldn’t apply to them.
In the District of Columbia, the local tax authorities are clear – yoga is
exercise. “It’s an existential question,” says David Umansky, spokesman for
the city’s chief financial officer, “but the city council passing the law
made it very clear that yoga is included.” Elsewhere, it might not be. At a
stretch.
