Question by Amy K: What can I do to exercise and keep up weight loss while I have a foot injury?
I have a foot injury and am not sure when I will be able to work out and be active. I have been working out for weight loss and have incorporated exercise into my daily life but now I have to stop until my foot injury heels. I am very upset because I have come so far and feel like this is a big interference with my progress. What can I do to still feel like I am working out and burn fat, or at least not gain weight back?

Lift weights? You can do 1 foot routines too. Try the chair one.
