Thank you for this video…I have been off the wagon for a few weeks now
and am slowly seeing my weight creep back on. I have trouble sticking to my
calorie intake for fat loss so my goal for this week is to STICK TO IT and
then record my results after 1 week. I know when I see my results I will be
motivated to keep going again. I have already lost a lot of weight, but
losing this last 20lbs is such a struggle for me. I must say though seeing
your before and after pics really motivates me! I love your videos! PS have
you ever struggled to stick to your calorie allowance, please do share some
tips on how to stay with in your daily calorie goal (mine is 1200).

Great video and tips. I’ve been in maintenance mood for a year. I reached
my weight loss goal of 106 lbs as of January/February of 2014. I too had
set backs in my journey but generally been able to maintain within 2-5 lbs
of my goal weight. At my heaviest I was 266 lbs. I’m currently 156.5 lbs.
My goal was to reach 160 lbs. It definitely becomes easier to maintain as
times goes on. Continue being consistent with eating good healthy foods,
exercising and support makes the journey more successful.

I have started losing weight, and running has made me really happy. I have
improved my running a lot, but now I have shin splints.
March 23rd, 2015 at 9:00 am
Just asking, what is your height?
March 23rd, 2015 at 9:20 am
OMG please don’t lose any more weight this is extreme.
March 23rd, 2015 at 10:16 am
I’ve been working out and eating healthy for about 3 months now and I love
the results I’m seeing and even people have started to notice.
I’ve heard many mixed signals about corset waist training? What are your
thoughts?
March 23rd, 2015 at 10:57 am
I love your weight loss related videos. Im still trying to find my
motivation. I always start eating healthy and going to the gym, but I
always fall off and stay off. Then months later, I start again. smh. I love
watching haul videos too. I like seeing what people have bought, it gives
me inspiration for my next purchases.
March 23rd, 2015 at 11:16 am
I love your videos you inspire me! Thanks
March 23rd, 2015 at 11:33 am
it’s so true one thing I notice that sets me back is when something upsets
me or hurts my feelings I have a tendancy to let it slow me down. So I’ve
been learning how to shut out the negative people and comments.
March 23rd, 2015 at 12:21 pm
Hi I just discovered you and I’m glad I have.
Your an inspiration to all those girls out there who want to learn to love
themselfs and thank you for sharing your story with us. When I feel I’m
falling off the wagon all I have to do now is watch one of your videos
March 23rd, 2015 at 1:18 pm
I’d Love to see a video of your gym work outs… if that is possible….
and i basically do the same thing every time i go to the gym but add
something different an extra arm or leg or squats… i’m seeing results and
have dropped another 5lbs in the last month as well as seeing definition
and my clothes getting looser… do you think that “leg day” “arm day” are
that important… i don’t understand what the big deal is… i’ve always
figured what ever works for me is what i will do… are they important for
a reason?
March 23rd, 2015 at 2:03 pm
Thank you for sharing your video with us I learn a lot from this video
thank you for taking your time to share ur personal life story for losing
weight
March 23rd, 2015 at 2:21 pm
You’re amazing! You’re so intelligent and all youre advice is realistic. I
always stop going to the gym once i feel like i like how i look (which is
so dumb!) but when i decide to get back to the gym my mindset is to just GO
FOR IT for at least two weeks going hard in the gym THEN i look at my
progress idk but that helps me because if i keep checking how i look
everyday it just gets me down but after 2-3 weeks i can see a difference
which motivates me.
March 23rd, 2015 at 2:58 pm
I gained a lot of weight in a very short period of time because of stress
and now I want to be back on track. Thank you for the nice vedio.

March 23rd, 2015 at 4:04 pm

March 23rd, 2015 at 4:12 pm
Can you do a video about how you manage your hair while working out so
much. Like how often you need to get it redone. How you wear it when you
work out. What you do post workout to your hair. How you clean it in
between installments ect. Thanks for the inspiration!
March 23rd, 2015 at 4:38 pm

I’ve always been smaller until now.
March 23rd, 2015 at 4:52 pm

March 23rd, 2015 at 6:10 pm

March 23rd, 2015 at 7:04 pm

defining moment and start of your weightloss story, you’re really inspiring
March 23rd, 2015 at 7:05 pm
I REALLY wish I could find some yoga stuff that doesn’t have all the BS
spiritual mumbo-jumbo attached to it. It kept me away from doing yoga for
years and years, and even though I’m only a few weeks in it’s threatening
to push me away from it. I know many people who just can’t get in to yoga
for the same reason. That along with the made up vocabulary like “honoring
the body”, or using Hindu terms like “namaste” (gag) can really ruin a
good, light workout.
It’s almost like working out with a vegan – you just KNOW you’re not going
to get more than a minute without them mentioning how they are a vegan and
it’s been at least a minute before they told you that.
It would be great to see some of the yoga people on here like Adriene make
some videos focusing solely on the physical parts of yoga and leave the BS
out of it – it would attract more people.
Anyway, thanks for the videos. I’ll be doing a few in the coming days.
March 23rd, 2015 at 7:59 pm
Hi Adriene! THank you for your videos, I really love them, I weight 106kg
and most of the postures are really challenging for me but I have figured
out that this is the perfect way to exercise my body. Thank you for your
love and dedication. <3
March 23rd, 2015 at 8:55 pm
I just love you so much! you are a true Yogi. youre kind, effective,
gentle, and encouraging. i love how REAL you are. your spirit is genuine
and therefore make the practice so much easier. Thank you for sharing your
gift of teaching with the online world! i am so excited to wake up in the
morning and do yoga with you! You also somehow make it so enjoyable that
40 mins feels like 10 !!! love love love ! aloha! <3
March 23rd, 2015 at 9:26 pm
I don’t get why atheists like strokerman01 feel the need to leave comments
mocking people’s religious beliefs. I may not fallow Hindu beliefs but, I
do not mock them either. I just choose to fallow God and his only son.
March 23rd, 2015 at 9:46 pm
i felt like there was too much talking which was distracting. the
instructions are good for beginners but should be kept to the beginning of
each pose instead of talking through its entirety
March 23rd, 2015 at 9:50 pm
Hello, my name is Reabecca. I’m a former student at CMU, and with all my
studying and preparing for tests, my brain is just killing me all the time.
With chronic migraines running in the family its been really stressful for
me to focus and to function right when it comes to studying. With that, I
was wondering if u could help me out.. If you could make a video to help
ease my headache pains or something along those lines, thanks.
March 23rd, 2015 at 10:46 pm
This was difficult, I could only finish until 27 minutes into the video.
Just a little over 10 minutes to go. I will keep trying.
March 23rd, 2015 at 11:20 pm
dat camel toe doe
March 23rd, 2015 at 11:40 pm
This was amazing ! And also my first yoga workout! Thank you !
March 24th, 2015 at 12:25 am
I’ve done this sequence 3 times now after finishing “30 days of yoga”.
Still can’t do a crow pose but the rest is lovely. That 30 day practice was
the perfect foundation. I added a few bits at the end too – free style.
Wonderful!
March 24th, 2015 at 12:33 am
Thank you so much for your videos! I enjoy yoga but I never found those
teachers and videos on youtube with which I would feel comfy and good till
I found you! Before, even with only 20 minutes yoga videos I was thinking
when this lesson will end – never happened in real life – but with you,
even 40 minutes do not feel enogh! Thank you once again :)
March 24th, 2015 at 1:22 am
Thanks Adriene, I really enjoy practicing yoga with you… <3
March 24th, 2015 at 2:05 am
Adriene, you are amazing. These videos are amazing. I am so glad I found
your channel. I used to find yoga so hard and never really got into the
habit but I have been really enjoying my practice with these videos. Thank
you! :-D
March 24th, 2015 at 2:35 am
Man oh man adriene! Tough workout. But I made it through, with a few rests.
🙂 I’m overweight (250 lbs) so this was tough for me. I’ve lost 12 lbs
since I started dieting and doing yoga though (about a month ago). Anyways,
I’m gonna feel this tomorrow, but it was a good workout. I’m yawning now
lol. You are truly an inspiration. Since I’ve started doing your yoga
videos, you’re.my only.instructor :-)
March 24th, 2015 at 3:08 am
I still don’t understand how that was a 40 min workout…I dread working
out cause I get so concerned with it just being over with…this video
doesn’t fall into that category. I absolutely adore you & your yoga videos.
Fantastical! :)
March 24th, 2015 at 3:13 am
I enjoyed this very much, I will be back everyday! So nice to find this,
what a treat.
March 24th, 2015 at 4:09 am
Thought it was just a 20mins-ish session, turned out it’s 40 mins lol I
survived! Haha
March 24th, 2015 at 4:09 am
Love this! I feel so good during and after! :)
March 24th, 2015 at 4:16 am
Can you please answer this question for me? Every time I do am laying flat
on my back and have to lift my shoulders and head I always have tension on
my neck no matter what I do. Is this because my abs are too weak? I don’t
feel much tension when I hold the back of my head with my hands however,
that would mean I am not properly working out my core? I would appreciate
advice
March 24th, 2015 at 4:45 am
Another great video, Adriene!
March 24th, 2015 at 5:33 am

March 24th, 2015 at 6:02 am
Thank u, That was perfect!
March 24th, 2015 at 6:04 am
I love doing yoga with Adriene, never been so committed before to yoga
practice. When I do yoga it helps me to believe I can control my anxiety,
which is very,very difficult!
March 24th, 2015 at 6:40 am
What a peaceful person! Yoga is so great for body and mind exercise and it
never gets bored!
March 24th, 2015 at 6:57 am
Adrienne, your videos are good, but please extend them all by 2-4 minutes
so we can stay in corpse pose longer. This one I was just getting into it
when the next video started. I don’t mind the guitar outro, so much as the
commercials.
