Hey Jessica another one I really enjoy but as I was doing this workout I
was thinking about the question that I have for you and I’m hoping you can
answer it? Okay here it is : I have to walk to work and there is a hell
that I have to go up and down. Anyway going down is fine but after a long
day of work and being tired I know I have to come back up it which is hard
and I had to stop a few times and it’s not just one hell it’s two so what I
want to know is how can I make it up this hell without getting even more

Oompa loompa step comment cracked me up. I keep saying further along in my
pregnancy I do not WANT to look like an oompa loompa lol. Jessica love this
perfect light cardio for my second lighter workout of the day. doc said I
have to do a light walk or cardio workout at least 20-25 minutes before
dinner to help control my blood sugars during pregnancy. This was perfect.
Earlier today though I did one of your weight loss circuits :)

I have been having issues with playback, it freezes around 33 minutes but I
still have audio…this has happened every time I try this one 🙁 I would
really love to finish the whole video one of these days.

I just finished this! I like it cuz its low impact…been having chest
pains lately, dont know if its stress related (i have teenager stressing me
out) or I pulled something a month ago exercising but I should have x-ray
done…

Day 13 done! I love this workout and I can really detect the benefits of
the recent Abs work. I’m not sore but I can really “feel” my Abs catching

Jessica, Loved your video… I never thought I was going to be able to
finish it…. and guess what?? yesss I finish it and I feel great. I
have done all kinds of walking at home, and I always wanted something more
challenging… Glad I “found”.
I wasn’t too difficult and not boring at all. Congrats -to you and to
me. I want to do it 3 or 4 times a week. Thank you!!

Did it today – just got back from my honeymoon.. Jessica thanks to you,
both at my wedding and on the honeymoon, I never had so many compliments on
my legs in my life. So thanks a million for all your walking videos, dvd’s
and everything – according to the public, I’ve got great legs. They’ve
given me such confidence. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for December!
