I already know how to prep my meals, but I do like to watch videos of other
people prepping their meals, because you can always get some good ideas on
some new things to try and some better ways to do things that you’ve always
been doing. I want to try the sausage and peppers recipe, & I think I’m
going to try the turkey meatloaf as well. I don’t mind my food touching, so
when I meal prep, I do put my food into one large container. However, I
recently bought some multi compartment containers. You might like them,
because you can put your entire meal into one container, and that might be
easier for you to carry around instead of multiple containers

Yummy meal prep! I eat carrots and lose weight just fine. Don’t be
carb-phobic, but aware of them. But I guess do whatever works for you.
