Oh my goodness this video! When I heard the Exercise TV jingle at the
beginning I got so nostalgic… I used to do those videos (especially this
one) on demand when I was around 13. I was really overweight at 16 but
exercise tv no longer existed (I miss it!) and comcast had replaced it with
something else. Great introduction into exercise, at 18 I’ve lost 50
pounds!

I can only ever do up to 25 mins of this. But today I could only handle 11
mins. I have flat feet, which means I have a really faint arch. It gets so
painful for me to walk after a while. People think I’m unfit, but they
don’t understand. If I never had this problem, I wouldn’t care about
walking far distances…

I love walking to Leslie Sansone’s videos. These workouts are how I lost 25
pounds and kept it off for three years plus walking outside! Any other
walkers out there???

I started with the one mile and in 4ish months I lost over 20 pounds.I Just
bumped it to 3 miles a month ago and I have lost 6 pounds so far.Still far
to go though!

Excellent walkout; I was sweating and tired by the end! A couple of things
though – I do wish she’d stop saying ‘doesn’t that feel good.’ No it
doesn’t; it feels hot and sweaty and tiring. Secondly, this is a very noisy
walkout because of all the stepping. Not good if you are working out
upstairs or when people are sleeping in the house. I will be doing this
again though, incorporating it into my 6 40 minute plus workouts each week.

I gained 15 lbs the past 4 months. I hope doing this along with other
workouts at home and at the gym will help me lower my weight to where I was
or even a bit more. AMAZING workout. <3

I want to share this for anyone who likes to walk, or if you know anyone
getting started on their fitness journey that isn’t ready for anything
major. I’d never seen it before, but one of my members in my group showed
it to me. She lost 30 lbs following this last time she lost weight. With
this, there are really no excuses not to move at all.
