I am over 400 pounds I have a nutritionist but they usually recommend foods
that are just too expensive for me. This workout is just the right amount

Dude, you made me cry. I am the same weight as you and feel hopeless on a
pretty regular basis. I just completed this workout with you and you need
to know what a profound impact it was to hear from someone dealing with

I like that one of you is not a skinny mini but more like me. This is easy
enough to get me working but I do feel like I have done something. I have
been doing this at work during my lunch break. My only other option for
getting myself moving during the day is to walk stairs which my knees can’t
handle so this workout is perfect!

now this is what i wanted to see. not just some buffed guy or some hottie
guiding the workouts, but also the inclusion of a fat man doing it as well.
i know calling him fat is mean and rude, but i used to weigh 375 lbs. over
20 years ago, so deal with it. this is definitely my new favorite channel.

I lost over 75 lbs by mostly diet, but I know that Nautilus is best
exercise for fat loss and building muscle to speed up ones metabolism 24/7.
Get Dr.Dardens’ book, Bodyfat Breakthrough, to learn how to train correctly
once a week for about 20 minutes. I am 61 years old, have not missed a
single workout in 7 years. I do swing and Latin dancing and feel like I am
in my 30’s.

Why does every woman I see lately have a ugly tattoo somewhere on her
body. I just don’t get what is so pretty about woman and tattoos. I
don’t see how it beautifies them in any way. It looks unclean, maybe
because of the color or something. It sure doesn’t help her looks.

Dear Sarah and Tod or Rob… I have been disabled for ten years now. Anyway
I have suffered the usual weight gain and limited mobility. I had bought a
treadmill because I used to walk three miles a day outside and realized if
I had the treadmill, I could use the treadmill no matter what the weather
was and in whatever I wanted to wear. However even the treadmill would
aggravate my left knee and it would take ten or fourteen days to get the
pain under control. So my activity level dropped. My energy was gone and my
body was always fatigued no matter how good my sleep was. I have a five
year old grandson and one year old granddaughter that I want to play with
and knew they would really work me over. I wanted to get in better shape to
be able to ENDURE. My son recommended Yoga. While searching out that
activity, I came across your series. I decided to act… and the first
three weeks I lost six pounds. My energy is up. I never take a nap during
the day, and I feel good which is probably the most important factor.
Anyway I wanted to thank you and extend my appreciation on how good I feel
your videos are. I see you both every day.

Oh My….I am so happy to see this workout! I am working on losing weight
and it is so difficult to exercise when you are obese like me. So

I’m very happy that I found your video series. I’m a former high
school/college athlete that quit exercising but kept up the same eating
habits. Now I’m 50 years old and I’ve had 4 knee surgeries and I’m 6’6″ and
am about 490 lbs. Went through several years of chronic depression and
picked up a LOT of weight. Today was my first day working out with you and
I’m looking forward to making a change.

I weigh over 400 lbs with some pretty horrendous hip and back pain and I am
so excited by this video. I just started today but I know this is

AWESOME video! I recently started a program locally that incorporates
similar exercises, but this video is MUCH better for people like me –
overweight with degenerative disc disease. I was sweating when I was done.
I LOVE it!

THANK YOU SO MUCH LIVE EXCERISE!!! My husband broke his ankle and leg a
year a ago and he is over weight and limited range of motion he wants to
get fit so bad and we are different fitness levels. I am so happy to have
this and exercise with my husband and help him get fit and healthy. My
fitness level is great, I was a professional swimmer and I felt the burn.
