Can you do a video only on headstand and handstands? Like how you started,
tips, how long it took ect? I’m trying to learn to do it (and when you
posted the video it motivated me SO much more) but I have a hard time doing
it.

I have to agree with some of the others…. Cardio alone is not what melts
away fat. Weight lifting/strength training is essential to weight loss.
Muscles are what burns the fat and tones you up. The more muscle you have,
the more calories your body will burn at rest. You won’t have huge muscles,
either :)

i think being doing extreme food lifestyles are not the healthiest balance
diet. I think right inbetween is the best, I eat raw and i also eat meaty
meals and regular meals, healthiest way to eat is to consume a bit of both,
not one or the other. you need meat and you need fruit.

I do not mean to offend anyone, but what Annie says around minute 10 “you
should not pump heavy weights because you’re gonna built muscle underneath
the fat and your arms are only gonna look bigger”, thats not entirely true!
First off all: Muscle burn Fat! they increase the amount of calories you
burn on a daily basis, causing you to loose fat without even trying, this
is why very many professionals only do very little to no cardio at all
secondly: if you buy into the myth that heavy weights will make your arms
bigger you should maybe overthink that. these cute little “women dumbells”,
you know the pink 0,2kg ones, do nothing for your muscles OR your body fat
so basically you are just wasting your time
now again, I’m sorry I did not mean to trash annie if this is what my
comment seems like, I really enjoy her videos, but this statement of hers
can be misleading, esp if you’re not so experienced with fitness

you lost it at avoid heavy weights and stating it makes you bulky. its
simply not true. unless a woman is on roids it will not make her bulky it
simply tones, in fact if you want to tone up use weights (yes heavy
weights, curling 5lb will not do anything, sure can start off with 5 if you
don’t have the strength then keep building even if you reach 20-35 lb you
still won’t get bulky)

disagree with Freele, she is a fat-shamer and a bully… but I’m glad
you’re not approaching this the way she does.

I agree and appreciate everything you are saying in this video, great tips!
But it’s really hard to bulk up if you are a woman, we can’t get that big
without more testosterone! Strength training only gives you a better shape!
If you don’t want to be skinnyfat you should focus on strength training!
Being skinny can also mean you have more fat than muscle on your body,
building muscle can really change that! Also I find it great to carb up and
then drain the glucose from the muscles with strength training, and then
after that do cardio to burn fat when your glucose stores are empty.. Only
doing cardio won’t drain your glucose stores as fast as strength training
and absolutely when you are smashing in the carbs!

I’m practicing a handstand for over a year and I still can’t do it.. Any
advice?
