I’m in! I’ve already reached my target weight working out with you so just
need to tone up. Actually, working out to your class schedule keeps me
motivated and accountable. Having a class schedule to follow keeps me
working out. I really don’t want to go back to my lazy, non-working out

I’m in! My goal for this challenge is to have more energy. I spend too
much time sitting at the computer and I want to get up and move! I’ve been
enjoying your YouTube workouts and have just ordered your newest, 21 Day
Fitness Plan, plus the new 15 Minute Fitness blasts.
Of course, I am also looking forward to seeing Miss Peanut too. :)

I’m in! My goal is to make how I feel a priority in 2015. I want to feel
strong and have stamina so I can fully enjoy all the other areas of my
life. I lost my way a little bit in the QuickFit Challenge, but will be
rejoining tonight. Thank you for all that you do for us! Joys of the season

Hay Jessica it’s me Ashley i did not do a fitin15 I did something else but
i can’t remember which workouts they are but i just wanted you to know that
I am still here and I am still with you even if I can’t comment but I am
still going and moving and working out. Oh and one last thing I got me some
weights I’m starting out with two pounds and I’ll move up from there okay

#FITIN15 Day 21 done! I can’t believe we’ve already finished three weeks!
This morning I did 15 Minute Belly Blaster, 15 Minute Dance Party, and PM
Relaxing Flow. I’m really enjoying the new DVDs and this challenge! See you

Hello Jessica! I want create a habit out of regular moderate intensity,
longer duration, fun, low impact (where possible) cardio to keep my
hypothyroidism in check and hopefully lose a few kilos as a bonus.
Relatively new to ur channel but really like ur style and energy. Looking
forward to Jan! :)

I’m totally in!! Looking forward to #FITIN15 challenge. I’ve been working
out with you since November. I look forward to my next workout with you and
you kick my butt every time. My goal is to lose weight, especially my mid
section. I want to feel good in my clothes and stop being so self conscious
about how I look. My two boys cheer me on while I workout to your DVDs and
YOUTUBE videos. You are definitely talked about in our house. Thank you
Jessica for giving me motivation, in a safe environment. I’m so happy to

response like the other comments, and am just wondering if my posts aren’t

I am in! I always exercise 6 days a week since I was 16 years old. My
problem is the food though. If I have a bad day of eating, I always think
I need to start the exercise program all over again. I think I should be
perfect. I want to complete this challenge on time and realize no one is
perfect. I want to brush myself off and do better!

I started working out with your videos in July, and stuck with the November
and December monthly challenges, so I see no reason to stop now! It feels
great to enter the new year having already committed to a resolution.
Having a consistent workout through the holidays has given me energy and
focus in other aspects of my career, and it’s now a part of my routine!
Thank you so much for providing FREE, accessible training to all, Jessica.
Oh, and may I put in a request for more ballet/barre routines? Thanks xx

I’ve just stumbled on your videos. Unfortunately I’ve mistreated my body
for years but the desire to keep up with my 2 kiddos has now become a goal
of completing the Mudderella obstacle course this July. Excited to begin
the #FITIN15 challenge (even if I am a bit late!)

You know I’m in! This looks super exciting and I can’t wait to get started.
My goal during this challenge is to get completely back on track with
mindful eating and do all the workouts, plus any extras you suggest, so I
can continue to maintain my healthy weight. 2015 is going to be a fantastic
year!

I am in! Thanks Jessica for another challenge. I have lost 16 lbs & kept
them off since September by doing your videos that I found thru
sparkpeople.com. I’ve shared them with two small weightloss groups I am in
on Facebook & my sister’s in sweat LOVE them! I will be sharing this
challenge with them as well 😉 My goal for this challenge is to get back
on track not only physically but mentally as well. I’m ready to get back
to being consistent to aid in losing another 16 lbs!

I have been making almond milk lattes at home! I heat up some almond milk
and froth it, and pour it over a cup of coffee, with sugar free syrups ( I
buy mine from starbucks) and often i put a tablespoon of coconut oil in as
well :)

I love Mediterranean salad so like lettuce, tomatoes, feta cheese, olive

I followed this at the same time last year and I lost like 5kilos and 2
sizes 5 months later but gained back all of them after another 4 months of
stress eating from school oops!!! ANYWAY I was never depressed or upset
during that “diet” period, your tips have helped so much!! Right now I
don’t even feel sad or depressed just very motivated *flexing emoji* !!!

I would recommend spicy sweet potato ‘burgers’ it’s egg whites, cooked
sweet potato, ground coconut, hot chilli powder, and other stuff all mixed
together, I like to put a bit of red onion and sweet corn in too then you
cook in almond oil in a saucepan I usually have it with veggies ^.^ :)

I’ve never had motivation to lose weight but I’ve always complained about
being larger than other girls in my school and I’ve always been insecure
about the way I looked so yes im going to eat clean, have smaller portions
and not over eat:S, im going to go out a lot more maybe go on walks :)
