No offense, great workout, really enjoyed it! — but you need to work a
little on giving consistent instructions, that match what you’re doing in
the video. You shouldn’t say to take a couple breaths in upward dog and
then instantaneously say to step forward, or say to lift the opposite leg
of the one you’re lifting and what not. That just kind of takes you out of
the immersion of the experience. No offense, I really enjoyed the practice,
thanks a lot!
