My frickin problem is, I dont know how much calories am I eating… As im
busy, I eat outside 95% of the time and I dont know how much how much
calories are there in this dish and that dish so I just eat in moderate and
hope for the best… 🙁

I’m trying to forget about dieting and focus more on changing my life
style/eating habits by drinking more water , eating cleaner , and of course
going to the gym.. but nutrition has always been a problem for me so this

unhealthy. I was just throwing an example out there so that people

Thats a lot for a mainly plyometric workout.
Everything I’ve read in the past has suggested only doing plyometrics 2-3
times a week max on top of you’re usually load. Thoughts?

Hi, I would like to know I am standing at 1.79m and weighs 149 pounds. It’s
an average weight but however I have a belly fat and it’s very frustrating
because most of my friends said I’m skinny but I am the one feeling
insecure. I’ve watched most of your videos to find the best workout but I’m
not sure which one is best for me. This week I’ve been jogging for 20
minutes for warm up, do a 1 minute of sit ups, mountain climbers, squats,
planks (2 sets each) and I’m not sure whether this will burn my belly fat
or not. Please advise. Thank you

Funny this we used to do a work out like this in jail. But with a pack of
cards . Each set of cards was a different workout. And do your sets to the
number on the card. Ace was 21. Was a killer with your near the end. 52
cars in a pack. Joker was tuck jumps 40. Arrrrr

Hey i am trying to lose alot of tummy fat . I will try out yr work out for
6 weeks . Could i replace running with somthing else cause there is limited
space here to run . I hope to hear some good stuff from you . Another
pointer is when you say dieting do you mean eating more meals with less

I’m around 9-10% fat mass,if i do a small cardio session every time i
workout + my full body workout (which lasts something like 1h 30 min)
shouldnt i lose weight and at the same time increase my muscle mass?
(considering that im 1.75meters per 70 kg). keep going BM!

So if I’m doing pull and push on the same day, 3 times/week can I use this

So I am a 17 year old female, working out 4 times in a week, weighing 103
pounds. I want to lose 2 pounds. I jog for 15 mins, then jump rope a 100
times, and then mountain climbing 30 times. I have some fat sticking out of
my belly and I am trying my best to reduce it by November end. I started
doing this from 1st November. Is this plan alright or should I workout
more? I even have cut out on carbs and fats and high sugars, and am
sticking to the healthier ones. Please reply!
