Hi sapna …ayesha here… I am 85kg right now and have started hitting gym
with cardio, strength training since 15th Jan 2015…. can you please share
a diet chart so tat i loose more weight quickly before my birthday which is

“Eat a tablespoon of chili and pepper” I think u meant “a pinch of chilli
and pepper powder” right? A tablespoon of these food explosives wud set the
“u know what” on fire and it might even burn me from inside out.. Btw rest

apple cider vinegar before meals will help you loss weight if you have
diabetes also niacin and kelp will help you loss fat along with green tea
or capsules i find that my metabolism is so slow due to medications that
its hard to kick start it but drinking alot of water and eating fruit and
vegetables will increase rate of fat metabolism

Hello. In the past year and a half, my metabolism has been incredibly slow
because of drastic weight loss from anorexia/bulimia… How can I fix this?
I haven’t recovered yet, but I want to fix my metabolism to try to lose

hi
I m 95kg heavy and my height is 5″4 I want to loose 45 kg is that possible
and how much time it will take ..plsss help me out from this I m fed up
from my body. some time I m dipressed and left all the exercise and the
dipression comes when I cant do my exercise for 1 day and it stressed me .
I have hypertension problem also pls plan diet chart for me and stay with
me to help me out from this it will be very thankful if u can. waiting for
