It’s been a year since I stumbled across this workout, trying to find
something ballet inspired! A year on a regularly tune in to do a workout. I
thought I would return to the one that started it all and see how I would
get on and pleased to say that I did a lot better then I did a year a go!!
Last year my balance was not great due to having had a baby etc and I hated
upper body workouts so doing the arms was impossible!! But a year on and a
lot of hard work later I was able to keep up throughout and still enjoy :-)

day 14 – complete! Your workouts are at times challenging
(especially working those thigh muscles) but I love every minute of it :D

Fall Challenge 2014 – Day 14: I showed up and got it done! My legs are
pretty strong, so I got a little cocky thinking this was going to be an
easy ride. Then the power plies started…God bless those ballerinas! Great

I just completed day 14 of the fall challenge! I am surprised how much I
was sweating in this workout! I love how Peanut was observing your posture
