I recently discovered your channel and fell in love with it. I’m 5 ft
5.75” and 139lbs, I’ve already lost 26lbs and I want to lose those last
few pounds to finally feel comfortable with myself. I like reading about
weight loss stories to keep me motivated and yours is truly inspiring,
thanks for sharing it. Lastly, I love home workouts and I’m definitely
trying this one!

Hey girl! I love your videos so far on my fitness journey I have lost 100
POUNDS which is amazing for me! I went down from 240 to 140. I have been
slacking lately and your videos help me keep my motivation. Sometimes I
find myself watching my old weight loss videos to re-motivate myself. Your
vids def help too! xo

This video is great for exercises that can be done at home in small spaces.
It’s great for moms like me who only have some time to work out here and
there; mainly at home, after work and between preparing meals and putting
kids to bed. I commend you for putting yourself out there and posting this
video.

I am currently 150 pounds and i want to loose 20-25 pounds. do you think
just the treadmill (burning 100 calories a day on it ) and eating less than
1200 calories is enough to achieve this goal within 4 months?

I live in a small appartment and I can’t do this 🙁 Whenever I do jumping
jacks, my sister says the whole building is moving 🙁 And i can’t do it
outside because of our famous Canadian weather !-_-

hi i m around 198 pounds and i want to lose weight fast… how often do u
think i shud do this workout i mean how many days in a week ? and how long
can it take me to get fit using this workout? i have started running for
around 40 mins for 4-5 days a week so if i combine this with that do u
think i shud be able to loose weight fast?
