How many times a day should i do this? Also how long until you can see
results? Im 13 and fit, but i want to lose my excess stomach weight 😛 is
there a diet to follow as well?

I did this workout this morning along with 13 Minute Cardio and Abs
workout, Dance Walk Disco Mix and a 1/2 hour of shoveling snow. My arms
are like rubber. Had a good sweat session with all of this! Have a great

Day 26 done! I also did 6-minute Abs and the Flat Abs Walk. I love focusing
on a particular body part and this was perfect after my indulgences
yesterday. I probably should have repeated yesterday’s cardio session as
well! Anyway, I’m earing more sensibly today even though we’re still
visiting family.

This was a much better ab workout for me, especially for now until I loose
a good bit of weight.

Followed up my hourglass work out with your seven minutes standing at love
love! It’s slow and very methodical in attacking visible ab areas and if
you tighten your abs the entire time which I’m hoping everybody does LOL
you really feel it. Thanks Jessica!
