Hello Joanna – I regularly follow all your updates and videos. I have
already lost 20 pounds and struggling with the last 5 pounds that I need to
loose. I understand that I need to combine cardio with strength training
and I was thinking of 3 days of cardio and 3 days of Strength training on
alternate days but I did not find one of your videos with a combination of
both of these for a 6 day week workout. Can you please make a video with
this combination or let me know which of your videos can I use to create
this workout routine? Thank you very much!!!!

Cool workout but the 7 minute scientific workout is better. It does upper
and lower body for a whole body workout with 30 second reps and 10 second
rest. You can download the app on your phone. Ideally two to three cycles
renders better results faster
