I am 11 years old , I am 165lb and 5″5 I want to loose weight because as I
grow older I don’t want to be sad about my weight . every time I say I want
to loose weight I do it for a week or 2 and go back to my unhealthy
lifestyle, I feel like why I’m over weight is because I over eat. I really
want to loose the weight . but I just wanted to tell u that ur my
inspiration to start loosing weight because if u can do it I can.

I literally cracked up @ “I went in with pressed hair, I left with an
afro”. I know the struggle. I have curly hair and sometimes I blow it out,
plus I have purple highlights. How do u workout and keep ur hair
healthy/presentable? Any tips? Cus honestly sometimes I think about
skipping gym day only because my hair will be a hot mess after.

First of all Thank you for making all your fitness videos they have helped
me to begin losing weight 🙂
I have lost 11 pounds so far and still have a long way to go but I think
your videos really help an inspire me to keep going.
Just one question though, what was your workout routine when you were only
starting to lose weight?

You are such an inspirational person! I am 162lbs and 4’10. I am trying to
get down to at least 125lbs. I having the hardest times figuring out what
to eat. I get bored eating the same things all the time. Do you have any
food suggestions? I do exercise but not consistantly. I am a very busy
person so it is really hard. Help pls!

Hi Amy. Last week I weighed exactly what you did when you started. I
already lost 60 pounds but with juicing and now I want to weigh what you
weigh (give or take) I am scared of carbs though. Do you count straight
carbs or net carbs? Because I was doing atkins.

Thank you for sharing your story. I have no idea how I stumbled on your
page but, boy did I need it. I started my journey May 8 and have hit a lazy
spot. My Starting weight was 192 and I am only 10 lbs down. I’m 30 and I
picked up the bulk of my weight after I got married (age 23 and weighed 148
lbs). When I tell family what my goal is they kinda look at me like I am
crazy. They would tell me that my goal weight (128 lbs) or clothing size
(2/4) would be unhealthy on my height. But, hearing your story and seeing
your pics has me fired up. (Mainly, because we are the same height and body
shape. So, now I know for sure that it’s possible if I work) Plus, you look
awesome and healthy. So, thank you for sharing and for the TMI bits. It’s a
great motivator. Ok, I’m done rambling.

Where did you go to figure out your MACROS? You said you went from 1200 cal
to changing your MACROS but what did you use? A website? Trainer? Just
something you did not address in your videos…
