Obviously what you are doing to lose weight has and is working amazingly
but I would really recommend you read the clean and lean diet book it will
show you that actually those yogurt drinks and diet yogurt even 0% fat
yogurt isn’t actually the best for you what’s best is to have food in its
most natural state and least processed so for example with that yogurt
instead get the Yeo valley honey greek yogurt which isn’t reduced fat just
have it in smaller quantities as it will have the most nutrients if that
makes sense! You are so beautiful by the way and a true inspiration and I
think you live in Surrey which I do as well so hi 🙂 xox

The only thing I would mention is that I have trouble with low carb low
fat; I have to do med to low carb to prevent diabetes because it runs in my
family…sooooo…I do make sure to include fats in my diet..I don’t mean
take a stick of butter and fry it!!!!!! lol but moderate amounts of
unsaturated and even some saturated fat because many cardiologists of late
have said eating fat doesn’t make you fat and that saturated fat had been
unfairly villianized. So I’m not really trying to drop weight now, but
healthy and happy is my goal.
Congratulations for doing it the SMART and PATIENT way! Awesome! You
looked beautiful large and you look beautiful now smaller!

You are brilliant! I say that because you did it over five years time very
gradually! If someone is going to lose weight I think the way you did it
is best; you eat healthy, enjoy your exercise and yet you don’t starve or
need to feel horribly deprived! I wish most people had the patience to do
it the way you did. I am a believer in health at every size for the most
part and i”m so happy as a plus sized woman, but if I do drop any weight it
will be very patiently and slowly as you did. It’s really all about my
health; now I’m super healthy at my size and I’m super focused on FUN
exercise and really healthy non-gmo eating and I love wholefoods and
organics!

Wow, you’re so passionate about these classes. Can you post a video or blog
