im on a pretty decent weight loss/diet/exercise schedule right now but i was wondering if any girls…or even guys..could tell me any things or tips they did that worked for them…or maybe even a routine you followed….thanks =)

balance ur diet and exercise that u do. Eat more for breakfast and the least for dinner bcoz we don’t need any extra energy during nite time if compare to morning. Eat normally and dun ever let urself starving. Eat until u r not hungry anymore, not until u r full. Eat 5 times a day is much more better than u eat 3 times a day with each meal is full.
