i really want to lose some weight because im going on holiday in 2 months currently 203 pounds. i find it really hard to stick to diets and get motivated. i was wondering how much weight i could lose in 2 months, i want to lose at least 14pounds (1stone). i have a gym membership, what equipment is good for weight loss because i never know! my stomach is my main issue, followed my my tights and arms, also tips for what to eat and how many calories to eat and how many to burn, sorry i know this is alot of questions! any advice is useful, thankyou x

Hey there,
first of all ‘diets’ don’t work. Just stay away from things with more than 6 grams of sugar and uneccesary fats. I suggest you do a lot of cardio (running, jump rope, etc) all of those things are major fat burners. The stomach can’t have spot on fat burning, only by running can you lose that tummy.
