But I thought it wasn’t about the calories, other hclf vegans say never
restrict calories-cooked or raw, as long it is low fat and vegan.

I don’t understand why you have this video, if you posted another about how
unlimited fruits gave you weight loss.

I don’t understand why fat is not good on a vegan diet. Can someone
explain?

Is it possible to lose weight on a raw food diet without counting calories?
And without exercising for the first month or so? (It hurts like hell for
me to do much more than a 15 minute walk or an hour of swimming.)
I need to lose 100 pounds. Not really a time frame on it, I just want to be
healthy and have less pain. I’ve done a vegan diet before and I’m an
ovo-vegetarian now, so raw won’t be too much of a jump. I just hate
counting calories.

Great info – thanks!

thing I don’t like about the raw diet is the amount I need to eat. My
stomach gets so big after a meal or after finishing my raw smoothie >.<

Great Information!
I have almost ruined myself by dieting in order to reduce weight and my
family was very worried, because i use to gain and loose weight abruptly.
Luckily, I started using this “How To Eat” mobile app by lokesh which made
me eat the right foods and in right way and using a game like points
etc.and made it funny!
now, i have reduce weight in a clean way
Thanking You!

That’s where I’m stumped. I adopted a RV lifestyle nearly over two months
ago, and my weight hasn’t budged a pound. I’m eating far more calories than
what seems natural, especially due to the morning fruit smoothies, fruit
for lunch, and large dinner salad at night. I had no weight change at all.
You can imagine how frustrated I am about that. Can you shed any helpful
light? Thank you for your video, and for any insight you may have.

you said in another video to eat less fruit and more veggetables like
celery and lettuce. im confused. im gaining like crazy .

@jammatoonarmy i find it hard as usually im out of the house. and i do eat
rice and veg when im out. because fruits are not ripe enough outside. and
yes i dare say that majority of the people here are dehydrated.

I’ve been on 811rv for 12 weeks now with a couple cooked food slips around
week 8 (totally raw since then though!) and I haven’t lost any weight. I
think I’ve actually gained. I have about 20-30 lbs to lose so this is
really depressing for me. I may be eating too much fat but I was concerned
I was eating too many calories from fruit. I eat about 2000 cals/day and I
exercise 6 days/wk. I’m female, 5’4″, 28 years old. I’m getting frustrated
by not losing weight like everyone says I should! Ideas?

I have at least 10 more pounds of fat to lose. Thank you for this video it
answered my question about losing weight on a raw food diet. It does seem
harder for me to lose body fat at this stage.

i eat 600 calories a day on a raw fermented diet consisting mostly of
GREENS! not fruit. check out lou corona on youtube key words almond yogurt
or guerilla shake. too much sugar as is found in fruit leads to age
molecule formation and diabetes. Even the hippocrates institute advocates
15 % max sugar (fruit) in your diet. I am 190 lbs. 6’4″ @ 10% body fat. lou
is 62 and looks 35… supplementing with enzymes and probiotics are also
key. contact me if you would like more info.

Hi! I recently started the Raw Food Diet and I’m eating a loooooot of
fruits, not so much fat (1 portion per day), and probably the quantity of
calories that I’m eating is more than I need, because I eat a lot of
apples, pears, mangos and bananas. Will I loose weight even the account of
calories is more than I need? (Sorry if I wrote wrong, English isn’t my
first language).

Hi! I am on a 60 day juice fast. I had terrible eating habits, and after a
lot of research I found that raw food is perfect for me! All the research I
have done looks like I can really do this change, and I am so excited to
eat raw. I was wondering if I would continue to lose weight on raw food
after I lost 40 lbs on the juice fast. What do you think? Do you know
anyone in the raw community who has done a juice fast?
