  I go to the gym 5 days a week, but my cross fit class never seems to work my inner thighs well enough. Within two weeks of this purchase I saw a remarkable difference. Worth every penny and then some.

  I think it would be better to just use small weights. The construction is all plastic with foam over the bendable plastic, so I know at some point it’s going to snap which makes me a little uncomfortable when I’m using it. I’m always careful not to put too much stress on it. I’ve only used it for my arms so far and it does work and you feel it afterwards, I’m just not sure how long the product will last. It was fairly cheap, so I may just replace it if it does break sometime down the line. But, it is convenient and small enough to store away easily under the bed, under a chair, or in the corner of a closet or on a shelf. It’s also nice that it comes with instructions on the different positions and ways you can use it, so that’s nice too.

  I keep injuring myself with weights, so I tried this as an alternative. So far, I’ve not had any problems. I don’t know how long the plastic will last, but so far it seems to be fine. Was a little disappointed that the sheet didn’t have more exercises. Most are geared for the legs.
