When trying to pick out your workout to burn stomach fat, you will probably need to do like I did, and many others, and create one that is concise, isn’t too hard on your body, doesn’t take forever to do, and most importantly: works. I personally have a 50 minute workout that includes both cardio and body strengthening exercises to burn stomach fat.

I do it in my yard/at the park, and I feel like a king when I’m done. I begin with 20 minutes of pure cardio, and go into doing cardio and body strengthening exercises combination, such as I run a certain distance, and do 25 push ups, then run a certain distance, and do 100 sit ups, and run a certain distance, and do 50 squats. I repeat this a few times until my 50 minutes is up, and my body has been thanking me for it since I first began this workout.

You don’t have to do the same workout I do to burn stomach fat, the one I just listed was just an example of what I do when I workout. At the end of the day, all you really have to do is keep your body moving and doing several strengthening exercises along with cardio. Cardio is king in this whether you’re burning stomach fat, strengthening your heart, or trying to keep your blood flow going, cardio is king.

I recommend doing cardio 20 minutes, 3x a week at least. I personally do it everyday, and at first I wasn’t too thrilled to do it 3x a week, but  now I’m almost confused if I don’t do it daily. My goals have shifted from working out to burn stomach fat to working out to maintain what I’ve now got, and to feel amazing while doing it. That’s where we want you to go. Once you’ve burned stomach fat off and gotten your six pack of glory, we want you to have gotten to the point where you love being healthy and exercising.

If that sounds too far fetched, it’s true, it will happen. I personally despised getting out of my chair until my journey to burn stomach fat began. I had no motivation except the words of some very unfriendly people calling me many not-so-nice names. Thanks to them, I am now in the best shape of my life, and can’t think of a time I’ve felt better. If I knew where they were to this day, I would so say to them, “Thank you for putting me on my journey to burn stomach fat.”

There you go. Get you a simple workout that has some strong cardio and strengthening exercises, combine them, and watch the amazing effects. I promise if you do this at least 3-4x a week, after 1 month, you will have amazing results, such as: you WILL burn stomach fat, and you WILL feel amazing, and you WILL be more attractive to the opposite sex, and you WILL be happier, and you WILL have less stress, and if you’re like me, you WILL do better in the work place.
