I tried you oatmeal recipe and it's really delicious but I don't know why I feel so hungry.. Maybe because I'm used to eat instant noodles and heavy meals in the morning.. I think I have withdrawal symptoms of sugars and msg?♥

I eat very healthy however my lipid blood results always come out with high LDL of 167…however my good cholesterol is very high 111, and my triglycerides are 60. My doctor mentioned to see a nutritionist but I eat healthy … vegetables avocados no sugar protein ginger Tumeric’s green tea etc etc….any suggestions?

Some of my colleagues adhered to the “fetching tuti space” plan (Google it) and managed to drop around 13 lbs! Knowing about this fascinated me to Google such plan too. After giving it a go, I was also able to accomplish weight loss. It has been a week since I used it so I still have more to claim regarding its effectiveness.
