Okay so I have a question, and I’m sorry if it’s dumb ??♀️ but how do I know how much I’m supposed to be eating? Like do I count the calories? Or eat till I’m full? I’m used to a calorie deficit counting diet and want to try keto but am finding it hard to figure out how much to eat?

I was hoping this would be a helpful video on meal ideas for veto diet, but most of these foods and additives are not allowed on the veto diet. I would love to know if you were you still able to remain in ketosis after this? i'm scared to cheat any of the rules because my body is literally sensitive to everything! I could gain weight just by smelling fried chicken

This is not keto. However this is a low carb diet. Low card diets do allow you to get into ketosis. We have to be mindful of calling things what they are not. This is also why viewers have to do their own research because a lot of people are on the keto trend and will make videos, sell info, write blogs, etc and they aren't in fact following the diet correctly. This is more low carb/keto modified so if you find that this doesn't work for you..dont fucking do it. Watch the video, take what you need and leave what you don't. As she stated "keto works for her cause she loves cheese" and thats the problem. A lot of ppl thing because they r occasionally in ketosis that this is the diet for them cause they can get bullshit all day. She's losing weigh, her health is fine and thats the goal and all that matters. Shut up w the complaints or simply find someone else to watch.

Dr. Berg is good but I like Dr. Axe much more. I followed Keto for 8 months, lost 40 lbs and had lots of energy. When I starting eating sugar on weekends I feel terrible and gained 5 lbs back. I can tell the benefits of this diet. Heart rate, BP, both lowered.

everyone be warned, the question is not carbs or fats.. it's whether it's animal based or plant based. you can believe science or you can believe advertising and bias crooked research funded by these huge animal agriculture industries who are profitting hard off your diets. Think about it, you guys are reading book fads, anyone can write a book- there are books on how the earth is flat! No matter how good you feel in the short term with this diet, eventually it will kill you unless you do a plant-based ketogenic diet. You have put your trust, health, and LIFE in the hands of people who have written books full of non-science rhetoric. Good luck

I had been taking insulin for two months but was having bad side effect so the dr cut me down to 10 units. But I went on Keto and in four days no longer needed the insulin. I also went on if and omad by the way.

Its actually been around forever, the body uses ketones to burn body fat during fasting periods after glycogen stores are used up, when your sleeping and during fasting, everyone at some time is in Ketosis when you go long periods without consuming foods and are eating a low carb diet
