Hopefully you guys enjoyed this video! Quick Disclaimer: If you are already fairly lean & are currently weight training then this diet would definitely need some adjustments as you most likely have a faster metabolism & aren't facing any insulin resistance issues. If your primary goal is weight loss & you have 30+ pounds you want to lose then this should be a good starting point. Keep in mind that EVERYONE is different & we all have unique nutritional needs so a 105 lb girl eating 2200 calories a day is the exception, not the norm. What if you have a sedentary job? I am absolutely not a morning person and no matter how hard I have tried, I cannot get up extra early to fit in a work out before eating breakfast and getting ready for work. What should I eat throughout the day and then when I get off work? My activity level will need to get better but I have to start somewhere. Incidentally, I do not like asparagus at all as well as Brussels sprouts.

1st Mistake. Using a micorwave.. but I guess everybody who has one wants to be deaf and blind because they would lose to much comfort when they would get rid of this piece if shit destroying everything inside the food what our body needs. Oat meal on a stove takes me 3 min wit cold water. Not so much slower
