I'm currently starting my journey with weight loss. But a more serious, changing my eating habits, lifestyle, and relationship with food as I have come to use it when emotions when get involved. I'm watching meal preps to get info and see what's done and it seems doable. But outside of these 8 meals you may get out of that package of chicken what else are you doing through the day? I'm guessing protein shakes, vegetables, fruits, yogurts. So one to 2 of the meal prep meals would be acceptable and then get creative with vegetables and protein shakes?

Im trying to lose 30 pounds (im a 23 yrs old male 5”6 160lbs) I been doing cardio everyday for the past 3 week burning 1,500 calories everyday (1hour and 30mins) and I also started eating healthier, I started doing weights this week and I only been drinking water, eating fruits and eating healthy foods that my mom cooks. But I cant really lose weight. I prob only lost 2 pounts thats it. If I eat this meal everyday for lunch and dinner will I lose weight faster?

chicken, broccoli & rice. wal-mart
1. ingredients
* broccoli – (birds eye broccoli floret)
* white rice – (mahatma)
* chicken breast – (boneless & skinless)
* mrs dash original blend – (salt free)
* spray butter – (0 calories)
2. meal prep (chicken)
* preheat oven to 450°
* season chicken lightly
* place tin foil on cooking sheet
* cook chicken for 45 minutes
meal prep (broccoli)
* spray big pan with pam
* place broccoli in pan
* cook to your liking of heat and time
meal prep (rice)
* follow directions on how to cook
3. serving sizes
* 4.5 ounce chicken breast
* 3 cups of broccoli
* 100 grams of white rice
4. additional steps
* minimally spray plate with butter
* separate servings into tupperware
* only eat one a day
