Very true , I follwed the same diet plan but only one time mausmi juice and instead of eggs I took toned milk at night time as a substitute of dinner. Sweet potato or sprouts or oats or peanuts with green tea were my breakfast. Sweet potato though appeared that it will increase weight but if it is grilled or ovened it helps to reduce weight as it is high in fibre and gives you a feeling of fullness.
