I tried this diet and couldn’t do it…I was so hungry I almost chewed my arm off! And what you lose you gain right back. Better to do clean eating daily or intermittent fasting.

Make sure you can eat grapefruit some meds wont allow this i have two that say not to.

This is all misinformation. You can go on a water only fast for 3 days or a green veggie smoothie fast for 3 days. And if you do go on the water fast you can do as much training as you like. I find I am stronger and have more stamina/endurance when fasting compared to when I am not fasting even 7 or 10 days into the fast. You suck Facts Verse – stop lying to people.

I have tried this military diet, it really works, i continued doing this for 1 month, came down from 86kg to 79kg!!!!! – But it is really tough……! Loosing unwanted weight, and looking + feeling great, becomes a lifestyle, not a quick fix to hit the beach Dec. Try it , you will all be amazed with the results.

I’ve done this diet more than once! And I’ve lost 7 pounds only but you feel great after…the first day is a day is tough bc is like a detox from all the sugar intake .

Utter rubbish. These diets cause people to to yoyo. A healthy balenced diet with excersise Is the best way. Lose your weight slowly and keep it off. While enjoying the foods you love.

Where do you get the idea this is a military diet? I was a USN / USMC Corpsman and in the field MRE's (Meals Refused by Ethiopia) ranged 4k to 7k calories per day, and still lost weight. Also what do you mean a military diet without any strenuous activity? No such thing what a joke.
