Small tip it is really bad for your blood pressure and health to eat more then one egg home a day so try to eat more egg whites to stay healthier

i'm not like "bragging" anything, bt i'm actually so skinny, like i look like an anorexic. Does anybody have tips on how to gain weight and more muscle? I have super fast metabolism so i'm naturally this way but i hate it.. I hear people at my school talk about me and my sister (we're twins so we have similar bodies ig) and people call us "anorexics" and "ann franks" meaning that we look like we just got out of a concentration camp after starving.. I find it so disrespectful and ruthless to be treated like this just for a body type, i find it stupid to bully someone for any body type, they're all beautiful just the way they are and if someone doesn't agree with that then they should go straight to hell…
