This diet works like a charm! However every body type is different hence the results may vary. You know your body well, if u have any kind of ailments, consult your doctor first.
P.S: Eggs in this plan should be consumed with yolk.
Eggs should be BOILED ONLY.
Green Tea should be consumed plain. (No sweeteners)
Eggs can be seasoned with little salt & black pepper
(No Mayo/ Sauce)
This is an egg diet plan ( egg is the primary ingredient), pls do not ask me substitute for eggs.
Regarding the Cholesterol in Eggs:
Eggs include HDL cholesterol, also known as great cholesterol. This kind of cholesterol is harmless for your well-being – it can enable the body produce more vitamin D and hormones like estrogen, testosterone and cortisol.
It can lower the amounts of bad cholesterol and will not raise the danger of cardiovascular diseases.

I started my journey today. Im 164m tall, and weigh 74 kg.
Im gonna do this diet, and the fat cutter drink.
I decided to do a little twist as I want my food to taste good, and this dont cut it for me .
with the eggs , I take light mayonnaise (1 large spoon) , and mix in alot of pepper .
and if i get sick of eating boiled eggs ill make em into scramble eggs .
so lets see how that goes.
exited to see how tomorrow goes. Ill update every 2nd day

I did lost 10 kgs by following this steps..but I eat green and red apples alternatively

For anyone doubting on whether to do this diet or not: JUST DO IT! I started 3 days ago (second day I cheated like crazy) but I still lost 2 kilos in total. This morning, my dad asked me if I had lost weight. IT WORKS GUYS, STOP QUESTIONING IT AND START BUYING EGGS!

this is the 2nd time i am following this diet.. m on my 6th day of diet n lost 3 kgs till now.. the first time i did it i lost 6 kgs.. my initial weight was 80.. this meal plan motivated me n i kick start my weight loss journey.. on 22nd jan i weighed 80 kgs n i started this diet.. and today i weigh 68.. i am also doing some workouts and playing badminton.. thank you so much @versatile vicky.. you changed my lyf.. love you :*

I was also really inspired by the comments so I started on Monday; first day followed it completely but had head ache all day. So second day had my normal Indian tea with sweetener and shortly after 3 boiled eggs. Afternoon again 3 boiled eggs with some cucumber and carrot. Evening again Indian tea and apple cut with some mixed seeds. (Normally can't eat apple on its own) in the evening I had grilled chicken with cucumber carrot and a handful of kidney beans. Chicken was marinated in fresh orange and lemon zest with juice, garlic salt pepper and chilly.
Today is my third day I've already had tea and 3 eggs. I will not be weighing my self until Friday which will be day 5 for me.
My aim is to lose weight but also to learn to eat healthy so I want this to be something I can do daily.
I've also found eating just eggs for me is pushing it too much as this is a big difference to my normal diet.
Coming from an Indian family; it will be challenging to stop eating the roti and rice.
