I'm starting to carb cycle. I just had major surgery about 3 months ago so I went from doing Crossfit 4-5 days per week, plus hiking about 10 miles every weekend, to working out 3 days a week (mainly 20 minutes of cardio and I am only allowed to do dumb bell work, no more than 30 lbs for right now, plus no restrictions on body weight workouts (except ab work)) Is there a certain carb cycle that you recommend so that I can have the best results? Should I be doing no carbs every day since my workouts are more on the light side?

November 25th, 2016 at 10:49 am
is there a larger food sample list that we can use?
November 25th, 2016 at 11:39 am
This is actually great! Thanks a lot for making a second part as I ahve been struggling a bit to understand how it worked after the first video. Now everything seems clear 🙂
What do you think about using the help of apps like My Fitness Pal to track the food? Will this help with Carb cycling?
thanks!

Please do the grocery shopping haul. I'm new to all of this and it would help to see start to finish. Also, do you have a good scale? Or do you eyeball your food portions?
