In Islam, it teaches us to eat on the floor whilst curling over. This makes only 1/3 of your stomach fill up but u feel like u are bloated. I think people who eat way too much (like me) should try this….

Healthy eating:
Breakfeast: have a large but small meal too much of one thing can harm your weight! Bacon, egg, hash brown. (A smaller plate will make it look like u have more on ur plate! So use a small plate)

Lunch: a small snack, lettuce, apples, oranges,mango, any types of fruits or vegtables is perfect.
