Hey man i have been useing that Abwheel it’s been working i can feel
rockhard Abs but lil stomach fat won’t go away 🙁 what can i do i eat well
go for runs etc i do sit ups push ups im 27 not liking my body i mean im
not fat just went food crazy haha need to work it off so can show to Abs

Hi, how much calories do we burn in this workout? Do you have a similar
workout for lets say about 30 – 40 mins?

I know for a fact I will pass out if I do this. Haha What are your thoughts
on, being a beginner with exercising and incrementally increasing your
workout when you reach a certain level of fitness? Like start running for
about 600m each day, and then once you get fit you increase your distance,
and then after that do 2 sets of 10 pushups and then just keep increasing
your level of workouts every time you hit a certain level of fitness. Is
this a good strategy to get really fit?

If I do this workout in the morning around 9am can I do my weight lifting
in the after noon around 3pm which i am doin currently to build
muscle,would I feel tired during my weight lifting workout or is it going
to be fine…….I really wanna shred some fat and get in shape…..plz

Just a quick update on this. After 20 days of doing this exercise i have to
say that i am almost able to complete the whole thing with minimal skimps
and i skimp only on the wait time between sets. Compared to the first times
where i died several times and not being able to see this through the end
it is a MASSIVE improvement on my part. I have a few issues with a couple
of the exercises but only due to my chronic injuries but i still try to
make the best of it.
Thanks mate, yours is the most complete exercise i found that really pushes
me for all the right reasons and i have found a good way of doing this
without destroying myself. I work for it 3 days, i sit one day, i work for
it 2 days and i sit one more and then i loop this again and again. Looking
forward to the results near summer time.
