I did this today for Day 3 of Fitin15 today because tomorrow needs to be a
cardio day for me! I remember this one from 30 Day Shape Up Summer
Challenge. It’s tough but nice and I feel like it’s doing me a lot of good.
I love the idea of yoga with weights! :)

Done. Did 30+ min. on treadmill to make it 2 miles. Hey all keep it up —
put on your beats and go, go, go!!! I walked to the tune of HAPPY by
Pharrell Williams and Da T.R.U.T.H. — the Whole Truth. We can do it. On
my way to the gym!

Hi Jessica, got it!! I well understood your point and i’m going to follow
it.
About the walk on 21, i have problems to open only Low impact HIIT, the
others are ok.

Did this workout after the 20-Minute Belly, Buns and Thighs Yoga Workout,
for week 2 day 6 SpringAhead Challenge. I’ve done this workout a few times
before… Some of these holding poses are still tough but I’m making
progress :o) I had forgotten about the backwards hinge exercises at 36:30,
have found that those are wonderful for strengthening the knees and so that
alleviates arthritic pain. Thank you Jessica!

Jessica, which of your workout DVDs would have a workout similar to this
Yoga For Weight Loss? I love this. Another Favorite is your Flat Abs
Walk, which DVD has a workout the most like that? Thanks! I have
definitely notices a difference in my body since I started doing your
workouts:)

double checked with my doctor to ensure I was able to do the exercises
involved. He gave me the thumbs up, as long as it didn’t cause any sharp
pains. I eased myself into the course by doing even lighter weights than

felt strong enough to do the workouts properly. The key here is that the
Venus Factor program will help you achieve your goals to lose weight, but
if you find any of the exercises cause you discomfort, stop immediately and

#fitin15 day four completed. I did the Walk on 21: Low Impact HIIT and
the bonus Yoga Tone workout. My arms and legs feel like J-E-L-L-O! But I
feel great. I can’t remember the last time I worked out for 70 minutes. I
was a little concerned about that. But I made it through and it does feel
like an accomplishment. Thanks for the workout.

I know that you dislike give the amount of calorie you burn during your
workout but is it possible to get only an average?
I’m trying t keep a diary about food and exercise but i need to feel up
with all the calories i burn …

Day 4 done. My DVDs haven’t come yet, and I went ice skating with my
daughters last night, so I could let this be enough workout for today.
Do you and your hubby have any plans to do a martial arts for kids workout?
My 7 year old and 4 year olds would love that. I have taught them some of
the kickbox moves (they LOVE those) I’ve learned from you, but the videos
are too quick for them to keep up with. Just an idea. I know you are super
busy with other things.

Got this finished! It was a good workout. I love that I am learning new
types of exercises. I don’t have to do cardio jumping every day for a good
workout. I also did jump start cardio, 5 minute cardio 2 times and 12
minute walk 2 times. I like to break up my workout throughout the day to
keep me motivated. I am going to buy your new dvds as a reward at the end
of this challenge. I am doing your other walk dvds with this challenge.

Day 4 completed–the 40 minute Yoga tone workout was a challenging but I
liked it. I usually have problems with balance poses, so I know it’s good
for me to keep doing this type of activity to improve my balance. Still
too cold for an outdoor walk!
