So … with a medium intensity workout ratio of 4 days a week. Would a 20
minute walking treadmill cardio be good? Or 30 mins?

Hi Lee,
Is the Cardio Post weight training at the heart rate 125-135 ok for
fatloss?? I’ve heard that if it goes over it that will burn Calories from
Carbs… I do for 30 minutes slow jog and walk vice-versa.. Is it ok for
fatloss??

my fav to do is 25 minute stair master (45 second intervals)
or 15 minutes (30 second intervals) or just a stready pace on the bike.
I feel like high intensity intervals should not be hit for over 15 minutes
and a more steady pace cardio should be 25-30.
just me tho!

Hey Lee, is it possible to break your cardio down in parts, like do cardio
till you have burned 100 calories, take a little rest, burn 100 calories
again etc. Or should you burn 300 calories in one sit?

I follow yout 12 Week Mass and Power trainig Workout. Program is great and
inspiring. My question is related to cardio. Starting with 5 minutes to
worm up it`s ok, but what on the end of the workout? How much cardio (low

I squat 3-4 times a week. At least twice a week I like to do atg front and
back squats 5-10 reps with about 225lb on the bar. Sometimes I superset
with pullups. I’m usually about to black out by the third or fifth round. I
agree with Lee I’ve already done HIIT, and adding more probably wouldn’t be
helpful. I used to love swimming after a workout. My current gym doesn’t
have a pool. 🙁

Lee is 100% right , you cant give 100% in cardio and also gain muscles .!!
cardio make u weaker and less powerful if u do it to much and also do a
HIGH VOLUME trainer … just cut the cardio to 1 hour a weak total and all
good :)

The most weight I ever lost and I wasn’t trying to lose weight, was when I
would visit my girlfriend during the summer. The bus stopped 2 1/2 miles
from her house, so I walked the 2 1/2 miles in the heat. I was 5’6″ and
dropped to 132 lbs from 165. Again, I wasn’t trying to lose weight. The
walk was brisk.

Man i’m seriously about to start a cycle of DNP. I’ve never taken anything
other than regular supplements (protein, creatin, BCAA’s, ect.) but i
really want to use DNP. Is it smart to use this as a first choice instead
of Clen or Tren or something. I think a 10 cycle of DNP and i’d be good.
