Hi Michael, it´s a complete pleasure to see all your videos which prove how
much knowledgement you have about training and the way to get results. I´m
Juan from Colombia. I follow you on every single social media i can. I
bought your SPEED SHRED 60. I started 3 months ago to training 6 d/w and
eating as healthy i can. I started to eat the proteín at the critical times
you said and 3 weeks ago i started the carb cycle. I don´t know if iñm
doing it wrong but i don´t see to much results. I do 2 low carb days and
then 1 high carb day (which its a turbo fast program). Sometime it´s kind
of confusing what it´s a low carb amount of cars during the low carb day
and what it´s a high amount of carbs during the high carb day. I never been
a person which eat a lot of fast food o something like, even i live in a
country with so many varieties of fruits that i like and since i was a kid
i ate all the time. But now with carb cycle i don´t know if i can eat them
during the low carb day. For example, after workout around 10:00 i have my
second meal: fat free cottage cheese (i like a lot) and 2 slices of
pineapple. I don´t know if i can eat a banana after that because i already
ate carbohydrate and the first meal at 7:00 a.m. I´m trying to eat just
what program saids and workout 6 d/w. After all of this do u think should i
do any change on my routine o just keep doing it and wait for the results.
Thanks in advance for you reading time. Have a nice day.

What is the best way to split the muscle groups? For example: Monday-back
and shoulders, tuesday-legs, wednesday-chest, thursday-legs, friday-arms…
Do you think this is a good split? Thank you!

Hi Michael! I am gonna start applying this starting tomorrow!! I really
love your videos. I do have a question regarding the HIIT Max program. I
did the phase one, day one, when I got it and the following day I was
literally unable to move my legs for about a week. I realized that yes I
over did myself. My question to you is if I am doing it correctly. I did
first exercise, second, third and then rested for 1 min… and I repeated 6
times. If I did this correctly, can I cut the time in half then slowly
build my way up to the time recommended? Thank you in advance for your
response!

Hey Michael
I’m a big Fan of hiit max but now I have some questions:
1. When do you will launch your carb Cycle book, i cant wait, i’m so
excited to read it and try it out?
2. How much carbs should I eat on high carb days?
3. You say we should increase protein, are 2g per bodyweight okay?
I’m a big Fan of you, you are a big motivation for me
Thank you a lot

Michael, Thank you so much for sharing your videos. I have always played
the yo-yo diet because I really never understood how to eat right. Every
person has a different answer. But you break things down in a way I can
understand how to. Thank you!!

I’ve been doing your HIIT workouts and they’re AWESOME! Best $$ I’ve spent
to inflict pain on myself- but no, really, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT- seeing
them abs pop and it’s been a week! I’m a 23 year old 150 lb female- I’m
also 5′ 5″ and at 23% BF and am pretty muscular. I am struggling to get my
BF lower and I would like to know, how do I carb cycle? would varying
150/200 g of good carbs be good?

Mike’s the kind of guy who would bounce if he fell. His muscles would
bounce right back up like a good looking rubber ball. Boyng. If Mike
doused himself in bacon, he’d be the most irresistible man on earth. :- D

Is it ok to workout on an empty stomach? How long should you go without
eating because my morning workout can last 2 hours so is it effective with
fat loss and muscle building which is my goal?

March 20th, 2015 at 7:23 am
Can anyone use the carb cycle? Or do you have to have a specific perfect or
body fat? Or a specific body ? Can you please reply to this comment thank
keep up the good work
March 20th, 2015 at 8:23 am
Mike, I have tried EVERYTHING short of cutting the fat myself off.
LOL.Seriously I really have tried watching the carbs, eating my protein and
so on. I don’t know what else to do and don’t know if you can even help.
But I am asking if you can help in anyway. My family is telling me just
embrace the fact that I am short, fat and 57. That’s not my answer. Thank
you.

Do you cycle carbs high to low in days. Like high carb day then a low carb
day?
March 20th, 2015 at 9:59 am
Hey Michael, ive got a question.
At college they taught me that “aerobic” excercices should be before
Weights training, because the mTor protein stops working with aerobic
workout.
Im a 24 years old PE teacher, and i love training, please answer. Thanks!
March 20th, 2015 at 10:36 am
Hi Micheal i realy like your videos. I also watched the one with the cookie
carb cycling. If my weight is 185pounds. If i take 200Carbs on my lowcarb
days is that too much, so the cycle doesnt work?
i’d be very happy about an answer
March 20th, 2015 at 11:23 am

tks for uploading this for general public. was wondering how many intensive
w.o.’s I should do w/in my recovery-taper weeks (13 days) before my Oly Tri
this 10/20/13 as I don’t wanna over or undertrain (Sweeeeeeeet Zoooone,
baby!); I ramp up my 3on, 1recov periodization wks from 5-6hrs a wk to
11-12 max, by wk 12 or 16 (usually) & noticed I was somewhat “crampy” in
hams/calves last 2 sprints I did, thus one reason why I ask u this Q. I’m
54, 165lbs, eat real food but not fried. Tks 4 yer input.
March 20th, 2015 at 3:49 pm
For a 13 day time frame, about every 72 hours Al. That’s how long it takes
your nervous system to recover!
