i just started at the gym and i was wondering what can i do to lose weight

what kind of workout works the best i’m 6’2 tryina lose weight but i dont
want to lose weight quick and just be a skinny guy lots of skin that flops
around so i want to keep my muscle while losing weight just so i can have
the perfect body so anybody got any advice for me??? even if its at the gym

so i go to the gym 4 times a week, i weight train for an hour / an hour and
a quarter, then i do cardio; 150 calories as fast as i can on the exercise
bike and then another 150 calories on the treadmill with interval training
(sometimes i go to 200 on each if i have time and energy). i can see some
results in terms of the weight training, bu my belly, man tits and fat hips
wont go away.
if i keep this up, upping the weight and/or reps when i get stronger and
aiming to get to 200 calories burned on each cardio machine (bike and
treadmill), will my body fat burning catch up with how hard im working? or
do i need to do something different?

OVERCOMING SOMETHING.
Yo Elliott! I find that I have some trouble with overcoming challanges that
i’m already done with in my life.
I have made all kinds of progression in my life, I am strong, I feel good,
I am really self-confident and I have the best girlfriend I could possibly
have.
Ive gone from a 517 lbs total (235kg) to a 836 lbs total (380kg) in just
over a year of strength-training.
I am a 17 year old norwegian boy who have started my journey on becoming a
stronger and better version of myself.
I AM a hard worker, I have two jobs and I go to what corresponds to
high-school in the U.S.
BUT, when something that I find really unfair slaps me in the face, like
being expelled from boardingschool for a weekend on a false complaint, or
when my grades suddenly started to fall despite my study and effort, I
don’t seem to let it go to easily.
I would love an answer for you, just a comment will do, I love you man and
look up to you.

Find out what your caloric or calorie intake that your body needs for the
day. That is very important! Research Simple and Complex Carbohydrates.
Your body only needs a certain amount of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins
to keep you healthy. I always say, “Trial and Error”. If you feel hungry,
drink a glass of water.

Beginners: Do something, this is good advice.
Intermediates: Already are doing something but it’s not working so they are
coming here for more information.
Pros: This is useless information.
I see his point, you have to learn from experience, but a lot of us are
doing and experiencing different methods, but it’s not working. Knowledge
is important, keep researching people. Again, before you start hating, the
advice is good for people researching and not doing anything. Knowledge
without applying is only potential power.

just workout and do what your body is telling you…..people need to listen
to what the’re body is telling them.if you workout and have a urge to drink
milk……drink milk.eat veggies …if you are hungry …eat something
healthy.Dont eat a hamburger with bacon cheese ect…instead eat chicken
with a lil salt and pepper.or fish.stay away from oils fats sugars ect.act
like you are on a island and only have those foods to eat.you wont find
gatoraid there…..you wont find veg oil or kanola oil there.what u will
find is fruit,veggies,lean meats nut’s ect..ect..its common since

two beets is too much. A half a beet is all you need, and if you are not
going to peel the lemon, half is plenty. All cheaper too. If you use 2
beets your voice will sound like his!

Using this machine will make you FAT and causes digestive problems.
Pre-processing your food is the worst thing you can do to your food. Think
about just a minute how un-natural this is. The machine is pre-digesting
the food for you so your body doesn’t have to making your body lazy and
requiring less energy which means you will gain weight. Pre-processing the
food allows you to consume more causing you to gain weight.
The machine destroys all of the fiber and breaks open all of the cells
destroying the nutritional quality of the food. Normally the cells are
broken open in you digestive system so the nutrients can be absorbed before
they can react with other molecules and become useless.
If you don’t believe this machine causes you to eat more and gain weight
try the following experiment. Make a glass of juice with say with carrots.
Count the number of carrots it takes to make a glass and then drink it?
Do you feel full? Could you drink another glass?
Now try to eat the same number of carrots as it took to make the juice.
You probably can’t even eat half the number and you feel full thanks to
all of the fiber. All of that fiber will help you next time you go to the
bathroom and help “clean you out”.

I love too eat beets and I love to eat ginger root raw….yum! Lemon juice
when entering your body can help change your acidic body to become alkaline.
I also have to say this juice would be too much at one time to consume for
someone as a type 2 diabetic, also juicing takes out all the essential
fiber that your body needs on a daily basis. I blend certain fruits and
vegetables with all of their nutrients to get better results. Thank you!
