It really works!,
So, the mail carrier delivered the package at 3pm and I was excited and decided to start right away and took 2 pills. I guess I should have followed the instructions and wait until the next morning to start because the product DID give me a burst of energy and I was up until 4:30 am on a work night watching tv because I didn’t get tired. So, the reviewer that said she took 2 pills and went straight to bed must have a SUPER low energy level to start with. I just can’t imagine falling asleep right after taking these! Lesson learned, take them first thing in the am.
I realize vitamins and supplements effect everyone differently so, this might account for the differences in the reviews but I can honestly say that this product does what it claims, it curves your appetite! There aren’t any “magic beans” and I can’t imagine any product “melting away pounds” as some of the reviews claim, unless you have so much weight to lose and suddenly decrease your food intake by 75% a day, then I suppose you could drop several pounds in a week. That isn’t my case however, I’m relatively small to begin with and want to lose 10 pounds that I put on this winter. My problem is that I always seem to be hungry and especially in the winter months when I can’t be outside in the garden or doing activities, I eat more. I have found that this product helps to curve my appetite. I only received this product 3 days ago and I will add onto my review later but I can tell you that for the last 2 days, I forgot to eat until around 2pm when I started getting a headache and realized it was because I hadn’t eaten all day. That has never happened to me before. The pills did NOT make me nauseous, dizzy, hyper, shaky or anything out of the ordinary other than not hungry. I have not had any side effects at all other than not being hungry and not thinking about eating all of the time. What more can you ask for?
I will update this review after a month…
Ok it’s been a month and I lost 10 pounds. I did absolutely nothing different as far as my eating habits and working out! I’m convinced – it definitely works!!! Can hardly believe it! I’ll write another update in 3 months.
