When I finally decided to lose weight I frankly didn’t know what to do when
I went to the gym unless I wanted to pay for a trainer. I could’ve
purchased a video to attempt to bounce around in my living room. I did
actually try the videos and then started going to the gym. But I was
getting nowhere fast. I tried various workout routines, saw minimal
results, gave up and ended up back to where I was.
Starting the Venus Factor program achieved for me what I couldn’t find
anywhere else. It gave me an easy workout routine, with a simple diet to
follow. The program also has a calculator that gives you your calorie
counts for the week. There is also a forum for members. They have contests
for members who are following the 12 week program and you can see that they
are all normal people.

I have a question. If you loose weight proportionaly all around your body,
then why does your body store much more fat specifically in your belly than
anywhere/everywhere else in your body. If I’m not being clear enough, why
does so much fat stack on your belly rather than evenly all around your
body?

This is very nice for “healthier” people. I am over 300 pounds and have
given up. RUN, I can’t hardly walk. I used to go to the Y to exercise in
the water but I hurt so bad from neuropathy, it is hopeless for me
