buoyancy is a measure how how well at object will float in water. Like a
boat.

#1. Drink shitloads of water.
#2. Eat a High fat diet extremely low carb diet (I know this sounds crazy.)
You still have hanging skin because there is still a light layer of fat
attached to the underside of the skin, and you have to burn the freaking
fat off. You literally have to get as close to a single-digit BF level as
possible and stay there.
Grab the skin on the back of your hand an pinch it – pull it out – then let
go of it. See how fast it snaps back. Plus, the younger you are, the faster
your skin will draw back up.
Generally, even up into your early 50’s, most people’s skin will draw back
up. I have a childhood friend who lost 90lbs and he is 48 years old, he ate
nothing but shit food, and is about an alcoholic. LOL So if it drew back up
on him, it will draw back up on you.
Once again, Elliot is dead on.

“Old and nasty…”? Did he say that? Really?

&&& ******When I began the Venus Factor I was overweight and my joints were
weak. I double checked with my doctor to ensure I was able to do the
exercises involved. He gave me the thumbs up, as long as it didn’t cause
any sharp pains. I eased myself into the course by doing even lighter
weights than the Venus Factor plan recommended. I found that after a few
weeks my joints felt strong enough to do the workouts properly. The key
here is that the Venus Factor program will help you achieve your goals to
lose weight, but if you find any of the exercises cause you discomfort,
stop immediately and drop the weight.**** &&&&&&&

If you lost around 30-60 pounds or so the skin will shrink back. If you
lost 100 + pounds, forget it, diet is not going to do it you will need
surgery.
March 22nd, 2015 at 6:14 am
If you have alot of lose skin due to alot of weightloss where the skin
couldn’t countract at the same pace you lost your weight there are several
things other than nutrition that may help. 1) surgical removal – which is
fast but can be risky and leave scars. 2) Take up swimming – and swim for
several miles weekly 3) Build alot of muscle – preferably do it in
conjunction with swimming. 4) And when building muscle -> increase your
consumption of protein.
And be very patient and commited if you don’t chose surgery. I have a
friend who was very obese and qualified for gastric surgery to have his
stomach reduced. Months after the procedure, his skin just started hanging
because of all the excess fat he lost. The combination of aerobics,
swimming, musclebuilding and a proteinbased diet gradually tightend his
skin and helped his skin’s own natural contraction. But he still have years
to go before achieving a state of ‘normal’.

I have a fish allergy, is there an alternative for oils
March 22nd, 2015 at 7:01 am
I like when people how never lost 150 lbs+ talking about how they would
never do surgery to remove loose skin…. I lost 170 pounds,no amount of
exercise and right nutrition will shrink my skin. And i’m working out
hard, believe me i’m doing everything i can to replace fat with muscle, but
you can only go so far….

Hahaha! “for old ladies who had cracks and shit around their eyes and
looking old and nasty”. Hahahaha!
March 22nd, 2015 at 9:31 am
I’m sorry, but those of you who are advocating surgery, let me just say, ti
should only be a last resort. I am convinced there are always better
options. If at all possible, stay away from surgery. Please observe and
try all other remedies first. As before surgery for me will never be an
option unless it is life or death.
March 22nd, 2015 at 9:43 am
This guy seems like the biggest douchebag ever!!! “Old ladies looking all
old and nasty”….How vain can you be

Just by watching you, you seem to be very arrogant because you just have a
good physique. Just saying
March 22nd, 2015 at 12:20 pm
I had the same issue once I lost a lot of weight that was packed on as a
child, I’ve found that just filling out the skin with muscle is the best
medicine, along with water and fasts, of course.
March 22nd, 2015 at 12:50 pm
I lost 300 lbs got ripped been bodybuilding for 3 years, there is no way it
is going to retract on it’s own and it’s bad it makes me look fat, obese
even until I pull it away and the abs show through it’s dangling from my
thighs, abdominal, arms, chest is terrible. The even more depressing part
is finding over the course of 3 years that I have amazing genetics for
building muscle but now it’s covered in dangling sacks of skin and the
surgery is so expensive I’m afraid I’ll never be able to afford it.
Depressing as fuck.

Hi dude, i lost almost 55 kg (almost 120 bound) in several times and i
waited at least 2 month before i loses more weight, during that i exercise
but not that much,i have an extra skin but i feel it tightens up especially
when i exercise daily in the gym instead of walking only, although i just
trained for a month .My question is there a hope of getting rid of all my
extra skin with consideration that i’m 19 years old and 6.1 feet.
notice: i was 160 kg ,but know i’m 100 kg and trying to lose more weight.

THE THIRD HODGETWIN!
March 22nd, 2015 at 3:25 pm
Former Biomed student sharing just a few personal recollections – Elliot
pretty much hit it the head with what we learned in class.
Surgery isn’t required for most people. Skin “shrinking” depends on
how old you are, sun damage and genetics – not everyone has the same skin
elasticity.
A diet high in elastin, oily fish, collagen, and water (with a
minimum needed amount of salt spread throughout the day to help the body
hydrate) and also keeping the skin hydrated with moisturizers (Believe it
or not, a little Cetaphil can help here so you’re working from both sides
of your skin, but check with your doctor to see if you have any reactions
which is *bad news*) plus months of time for most people generally is
enough to reduce loose skin by about 60% or more on average according to a
study of skin elasticity from at least 5 years ago.
Important:
*Caution* – Choose smaller fish like breisling, sardines, etc. as
they’re *much* lower in toxins than predatory fish like tuna.
A diet very high in fish oils or similar oils can thin the blood
making people more prone to bleeding and bruising (the Inuits in Alaska are
known for their all seafood diet which gives them incredibly clear skin and
the highest known rate of bleeding to death in the 1970s (when the study
was conducted on their diet)) and eating large amounts of fish three times
a day can actually double the clotting time for a cut in just 30 days.
So be careful and always check in with your doctor.

@scooby1961 You are 50?? With a banging body like that, I wouldn’t give you
a day over 40! Ah well: that’s what hard workouts, good food and a healthy
lifestyle will do to you: the discipline pays off! I’m an aspiring BB’er
and I get so much inspiration from your videos: thank you SO much! 🙂
March 22nd, 2015 at 4:17 pm

bucks. No excuses.
March 22nd, 2015 at 5:50 pm
QUESTION:Can I eat the sample meal (Chicken,broccoli,brown rice,flax oil)
in every meal?Is this going to have a negative effect in my health and body
if I always eat the same foods?
March 22nd, 2015 at 6:03 pm
@scooby1961 haha. omg youre my brother ! 20 years old xD
March 22nd, 2015 at 6:22 pm
No what?
March 22nd, 2015 at 7:01 pm
This is wrong….. You shouldn’t eat based off ratios, you should figure
out your actual protein needs to resist muscle loss during the recomp. Then
get your needed fats, and fill in the remaining calories with
carbohydrates. Don’t make up diets based off of ratios, that’s just stupid.
I do like how it gives you how much to eat of what dynamically though!
March 22nd, 2015 at 7:38 pm
wicked aweseome. Thank you for the advice and the free tools.
March 22nd, 2015 at 8:17 pm
All KIIIIIIINDS of great recipes! All kinds…

March 22nd, 2015 at 9:36 pm
6″3 AND 240 lbs?? Damn man, you are a giant!
March 22nd, 2015 at 10:01 pm
hey you didnt mention the TDEE. is that my daily calorie goal? thanks for
sharing
March 22nd, 2015 at 10:30 pm
@paulspydar You are a vegetarian so you should know what to eat for
protein…….. Can’t post link I guess, so just google or search for
vegetarian proteins. Click on sixth link vegetarianvoice. A lot of
vegetarian sources of protein are not as absorbable as non vegetarian
proteins. You will need to check if the protein source for your meal is
going to have a high absorption ratio, if not you will need to take in more
protein than what’s described in the meal plan.
March 22nd, 2015 at 10:54 pm

Fat isn’t necessary in football, bulkieness or muscle is. Losing fat =/
losing weight. You can lose plenty of fat and build muscle. You’ll have a
lot more power.
March 23rd, 2015 at 12:38 am
thats awesome but just wondering what’s wrong with yur voice
March 23rd, 2015 at 1:08 am
can u talk about ur opion about steroids?
March 23rd, 2015 at 1:14 am
Scooby, you always take about loosing fat and gaining muscle. However i
play football and it is necessary to have some fat. I want to get bigger
and stronger but i dont wont to loose a ton of weight because it helps in
football. for instance, when i hit somebody at full speed, the faster i run
times my mass equals force and therefore a greater hit. what do you
reccomend
March 23rd, 2015 at 1:23 am
According to your calculator, I have to eat 4 kg’s of food / day. I’m 61 kg
only… Is that normal? :S
