Week 4, Day 5. I did the Walk on 15 min dvd, Fat Blast Walk, plus most of
this. I guess I should of ate something this morning before doing this. My
energy just wasn’t there today, but still worked up a great sweat. I did
what I could today. Tomorrow is another day. I like all the 15 min. walk
workouts, so might get another one of those in later.

I did this workout this morning, although I’m not 100% – trying to shake
off a viral infection – so worked more slowly and stuck with the basic
moves. My body does feel better for doing it, my head is still feeling like
it doesn’t belong! Thank you, Jessica x

FITIN15 done for today, I needed to rest my knees a bit so chose to do the
full suite of exercises for bad knees ( cardio, thighs, butt and lower
body) followed by Stretch, Rest & Relax. Thanks Jessica x

Missed several days of the #fitin15 challenge after 3 days of traveling
from Michigan to Florida! But we’ve finally arrived and I am now ready to
get back on track. Just did this kickboxing workout today because I love
this workout. This felt so good to get those kinks out from riding in the
car for so many days. Thanks for the workout!

I could only g 15 minutes of this in that’s all the time I had today I
still haven’t got to do workout #11 BUT I’ll get it in tomorrow for sure I
did your 20 minute awesome arm +abs workout 2 days ago & my arm are still
screaming! Having 3 girls is a workout on it’s own & my youngest daughter
had an appointment today so 15 minutes of this plus 10 minutes of dance I
feel great! Thanks jessica :-)

Kickboxing workout done along with your Belly, Buns & Thighs Walk and I
also did the Chair Yoga from Sunday. Another great sweat session done!

Wow! I can’t believe I got through this 😀 I had to stop about 4 times and
encourage myself to keep going lol but I did it! Nothing beats shouting to
yourself “you can do it!”

Wow – that was tough! I was sore and stiff and at the beginning thought I
might not be able to do this. But I did, and feel much better now – bring
on the burn!

Did this for the FITIN15 workout today. It has been awhile since I have
done this workout and I forgot how much I loved it. It kicks my butt in a
good way. One day I am going to try the level up options!

I’ll have to do this one at home – too high impact for my office since I’m
on the 3rd floor – your walking workouts are best for my lunch hour, looks
like a great workout though!

There hasn’t been a single video of yours that I haven’t enjoyed and I have
found challenges in each of them. But this video was wow. I had to give
myself some walking time to catch my breath. I loved it even though it was
more challenging than what I have done so far. Thanks for kicking my butt!

OH, this one is good, I started with the walking workouts,(month ago
through now) and felt like I could handle more challenging,, Jessica wow!!
You really have a creative way of getting the most burn in such small
effective ways.. I cant wait to see the results by my 42nd b-day in two
weeks.. Do you still have place in Miami? the view is much different, Say
Hi to Peanut, she is so cool.
