Is Honey Counterproductive For Fat Loss
Lets find out (Video Below) -
March 23rd, 2015 at 5:54 am
So does that mean you shouldn’t eat fruit ??
March 23rd, 2015 at 6:13 am
Hey Raghav, what do you mean by fruit sugar? I am cutting down my sugar
(less than 2 teaspoon a day), but I eat fruits like apples, pears,
bananas, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, blueberries, beet and stuff
everyday… they are part of my breakfast shake and vegetables juice (for
taste). Are they not helping me loosing weight and body fat? BTW thanks for
all the good information you posted on your channel.

Interesting question like you said would have to be super extreme, honey is
the purest of food as long as you buy the organic stuff, preferably direct
from a farm where nothing is added.
March 23rd, 2015 at 7:37 am
When you are cutting to get to extreme low levels of bodyfat do you
eliminate all sugars completely including during pre and post workout? If
you do, how long is it safe to carry on like that from a muscle mass
maintenance perspective?

living in apartments that are unable to do jumps/high impact due to tenants
below i would be SO thankful. I’m one week into college and i haven’t
gotten a good work out since finishing the last 5 day challenge. LIKE IF
YOURE A COLLEGE KID/ LIVING IN AN APARTMENT! Intense 5 day challenge for
those who can’t jump around!

March 23rd, 2015 at 6:00 pm
You guys ROCK!
March 23rd, 2015 at 6:32 pm
When you purchase, do you get a video or some type of text? To me, one of
the greatest values of your programs is the ability to watch you suffer
along with me – just kidding – but being to watch and follow along is what
I value you most. Trying to follow from text would be hard!

gonna buy this! Thank you guys so much! 😀
March 23rd, 2015 at 8:26 pm
Hi, I have a quick question. I’m going to start Round 5 on Monday (so that
it’s easier to count weeks :D) and I’m very excited about it! I know you
say it’s all one needs but I’ve been trying to work on a push-up program (3
days a week, 5 sets of different number of repetitions, for instance: 14,
19, 14, 14 and as many as you can for the last set but no fewer than 19),
on and off, and I was wondering if I could combine the two because if I
take too long a break I stop making any progress in the number of
repetitions I’m able to do and thus I don’t feel like I’m getting stronger.
So would it be ok to do something like that in addition to your workout
program or do you think it might have a negative effect on my ability to
recuperate and get good results in the main program? Thanks in advance!

I use rocks for dumbbells.
March 23rd, 2015 at 10:46 pm
Hi! I just finished browsing your website. I’m interested in doing the 4
week meal plan (omnivores) and starting with the 5 day challenge OR the 4
week low impact (idk which would be best to start with) for my hubby and I.
I want/need to lose 30-40lb and tone and my hubby wants to get back in
shape. Do you think this combo will work for both of us or should we try
something else????
PS: I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS AND CANT WAIT TO TRY THE MEAL PLAN!!!!
March 23rd, 2015 at 11:26 pm
Bought it first thing this morning 🙂 As soon as I finish day 4&5 of the
free workout plan you guys just made again and take a couple days off I’m
jumping right into it! So excited!
March 24th, 2015 at 12:15 am
Just a question: can you repeat these prpgrams immediately once you re
finished or does your organism needs to rest??
March 24th, 2015 at 12:20 am
I wish to purchase a program soon but cant pick which one. Im not too
concerned with weight loss my goal is increased fitness & flexibility & i

for me to start on
March 24th, 2015 at 12:23 am
Dios mio que mujer tan hermosa, el unico defecto que tiene es su marido.
perfect woman.
March 24th, 2015 at 1:20 am
will definitely do this after I finish round 4! Just started week 3.
March 24th, 2015 at 2:10 am
Hey, how about another 4-week low-impact program for beginners/those with
injuries? You could even do an 8-week one…I’d just love to see more than
one program that an injured person (like myself) can do safely. Heck, even
just a couple more videos along those lines… Love you guys, though; you
have been a big part of my return to fitness. My back may never heal
(caught it too late), but I’ve still managed to lose weight with the help
of you guys in addition to a better diet.
March 24th, 2015 at 2:13 am
Love your workouts, Kelli and Daniel. I’d love to get on board with the 8
week program; can you tell me how long (approximately) each workout is?
