ok so i have an incredibly stupid question which i could probably find the

I’m willing to do and workout necessary, and I’m reaching to lose 15-20
pounds. But the thing is summer is coming, so I wanna do this by June. When
I flex my stomach I can feel muscle, so if this also gonna help me with
getting the belly fat off? And I can no longer fit my favorite pair of
jeans, so I wanna know how to burn thigh skin. off. Without making more
muscle, because when I flex my thighs, I can’t feel any fat.. its all

Hi all of you… Could anyone of you recommend me some decent and proven
weight loss program for my wife, you have used, or you know someone used it
and it was succesfull ? She has huge problem with obesity. She has tried
different methods and trainings but no one really worked for her(last time
she lost 13 pounds in about 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again).
If anyone knows any decent and reliable weight loss program, please
suggest!Thanks in advance people 🙂 It would mean a lot to ,me and my girl

Im 12 years old and ive been doimg this exercises every single day
afterschool and i can totally see the difference! When i sit down my
stomach doesnt form into like 2 big rolls anymore! This is great! And i
drink lemon/honey water thing and do this every morning b4 i go to school!
Its worth all the hardwork!

I am 12 years old and need to lose about 20 pounds ( I would be 90 pounds
then) I am about 4″9 and very small… This is perfect! I need to lose
belly fat and I could really feel it during the exercise and in the
morning. I’m not going to give up on this. I do it 2 times each day once in
the morning when I wake up and once before I get in the shower. I have till
June to do this and I really think this is going to work! Thank you!

Hey. I’m 13 yrs old and I weight 64kg. That’s really to much. But in
general, I’m very muscular especially on my legs. They’re very muscular but
on my inner thighs is a also fat. So I’m asking, if it would happen the
same with this workout. When I extend my stomach I feel muscles and
actually, I see them a little but over the muscles is fat so I’d like to

*Wow! At first, l thought this wouId be some siIIy exercise video. Don’t be
fooIed by the hot girIs and their outfits. Deanne Berry doesn’t get a body
Iike that not knowing cardio. This is a 100% reaI deaI tough workout that
would definiteIy make you sweat and lose fat. And I have some experience
with cardio workouts as I have done other workout videos such as lnsanity
and Zumba. Besides the pretty girIs which are easy on the eyes, the music
is reaIIy good and makes a big difference as you want to move unIike other
boring workout DVDs. l do cardio at the gym with the treadmiII, eIIiptical
machine, bike, etc. and it gets boring real fast even with my playlist.l am
trying to find a way to buy the DVD. l want to watch a nice clear version
on my TV…*

Hello dear Kelli and Daniel! First let me congratulate you for this great
channel! I love your workout and that you are so real:)
Second, I have a small question or request. I have over exercised last
summer and I have created an infection in my right hand wrists. After
couple of months of rest, it has gotten better but right after a yoga
lesson or one of your HIIT videos I feel the pain again. It’s very
frustrating. Do you have any advice or maybe a video without putting too
much pressure on the hands? Big thanks to you too!

That was an amazing workout – the day after a Thanksgiving Meal =) , I
really needed this and could tell that after being Blessed with a sitdown
Job, I was out of shape. I used to work out 2-3 times/week. This is a great
workout to ReStart with- Thank you and God Bless your fitness ministry

Just did this workout as part of the newest 8 week program for busy people.
This might be my favourite cardio workout. It was a good challenge, and I

OMG this is the hardest workout I’ve ever done..I usually do the 5 miles
walks. The first day I tried this I stopped at min 8 and in the second day
I paused 4 times and I was like ”I’m done I can’t do this anymore”,but I
finally finished it and I feel great 😀 Thank you so much for this workout.
