Hey Ben, great vid mate.
What’s the best proportion of macros I should be eating to lose belly far?
My nutrition plan is currently set as 50% carbs, 20% protein and 30% fats,
however I struggle to hit these proportions each day. They usually vary by
+/- 5%. Therefore how important is it hit the right proportions each day or
is it more important to hit your calorie target as long as you are getting
these key macros in your diet?

Hey Ben, is there any short (5-10 minute) workouts I can do daily to JUST
lose fat over a few months or so? I’m quite young, so I don’t really aim to
be muscular or anything. I only ask this because I have no time to go to
the gym and I do have my little share of junk food.
P.S; Another thing is, at school I have gym (not like a lifting gym), and
we do five exercises for 30 seconds each for four minutes and play
something like dodgeball or soccer etc. I’m also doing winter football
training every Saturday.

I’m 13 years old boy and I have 6 swimming trainings per week. I was
wondering how could I loose fat. I’m little bit overweight than a normal 13
years old boy. I think that if I can now loose fat then I could starting
healthier life for the rest of my life. The fat is really brothering me
cause everybody are looking at me really wierdly cause they know how hard I
train and I’m still bit fat. I hope you have a answer to this question :)

What if you have a super high metabolism and lactose intolerant, gluten
intolerant and vegan and 65kg and 6,1ft and have an awkward tough 1inch of
fat on your stomach that won’t leave?

Hey man good video I have a question I need to lose around 10 more pounds
of fat would you recommend low intensity cardio in the morning on a empty
stomach? Iv’e head alot of people say this is good for fat loss but i’m
worried that i’m going to lose muscle instead of fat. I wanna head what you
think, you make alot of scene when you talk in your videos its good to know
someone that knows what there doing.

Okay, this might sound very stupid but I’m 11… (yes i know your gonna say
gtfo of youtube) and I’ve been getting many comments about my size in
school. Even though I think I am not that fat I still know that I might be
a little overweight the normal eleven year old boy. I am thinking of
starting a more healthy lifestyle, and it would be good to see some results
by Summer, just so I can feel comfortable swimming with my friends for
example. I am super short for my age (atleast i think so, im142cm) and
weigh like 41kg. Im not saying I want crazy six pack abs(well ofc i do but
i dont think its possible) or anything, but just a more healthy and a
thinner body. Im not sure how to start my healthy life, can anyone give me
some advice. Oh, and please dont go all crazy on me for my age, I really
wanna do this. Then again I might be super young and an annoying kid but
why not start early so I can be more healthy in the future! 🙂 Thanks for
reading this and please let me know if you have any advice!

but i’ve heard that doing HIIT right after muscle building workout can
create pattern overload… my workout consists of a full upper-lower split,
in which i do HIIT jumping rope workout at the end of my LOWER body workout
day. i usualy do squats, deadlifts, calf raise and leg raises on lower body
day. but im afraid i might create pattern overload. should i be worried?

I love your vids (i just started watching them!) thank you! I workout about
5 days a week and i burn now about 1,000 calories per each workout and i
“try” to eat healthy but thats the hardest part. i love healthy foods but
they dont give me that ooo yummy delicious feeling that a slice of pizza or
a donut would do to me which is a headache..
March 8th, 2015 at 12:29 pm
I’ve started eating more fruits and drinking more green tea. Other than
that, I go running too with some stretches. I’ve lost a bit of weight
somewhere below my chest and above my belly, it’s weird but I can’t lose
much of belly fat. What else should I do?

Hey Harley, would you recommend for people who only use their bikes for
commuting to get a garmin?
March 8th, 2015 at 3:17 pm
Nice vid Harley. On my 40k round trip into London each day I encounter a
few more cars, and much less space for cyclists (narrow roads build for
horse and cart). London lost it’s 11th cyclist last week, crushed by a
truck at an intersection I ride through almost every day:
http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/public/cyclesafety/article4243679.ece
When I analyse these incidents, it’s often the case that the cyclist has
put themselves in the danger zone, on the inside of a turning bus/truck etc
or running a red.
It’s important to spot these danger zones before they happen. Something
that comes with experience.
I personally find the biggest hazard on my commute is pedestrians in
central London. Zombies on their f-ing iPhones, walking out onto the road
without looking. Headphones in, a million miles away. The cars/trucks etc
are child’s play!
Keep up the good work and safe commuting!

Hey durian, can you make a video about getting your first cheap bike to
cycle? I wanna get my first bike but I don’t know which bike or how much it
should cost to buy a cheap bike. I don’t want a store to rip me off or try
to sell me something I don’t know about. Thank you.

Why would you not advise D locks? They are Much more secure than pad Locks.
A D lock and a Very big Chain are the way to go IMHOP.
