Thisakes no sense. It says for fat loss yet if you are fat he says dont
take a shake. If u have gut or bowel issues dont take a shake… obviously
people need to do their research bc this guy has no idea about what he is
discussing! First off you do not have to buy these formulas of whey pea or
other proteins you can make your own at home. Raw eggs nut butter gelatin
cottage cheese and beef liver are all good protein sources for a home made
drink. You add in say hemp protein with some flax and a egg 2 cups of kale
and a banana and some fruit like rasberry. Wala and it will work for weight
loss and it is a meal replacement. Add in half a avacado and 1 tbsp of
coconut oil for your fats. Take it 1× a day. It will help gut and bowel
issues too. Just avoid dairy and use water instead. Low carb and keto
friendly.

I work a manual labour job that involves heavy lifts with hundreds of reps
per hour. I am eanting too suppliment this exercise with some protein to
help me trim the fat but maintain muscle mass or gain. I also train at
weekends and a little after work. Any tips on what protein I shoild use for

I am very impressed with this. I will definitely be looking out some of
her other workouts. Easy to follow, fast paced, the breaks you’re
encouraged to jog through, I was sweating a bit after that. Definitely
good if you’re short on time and I like the way she shows you what’s coming
next. Although it would be tough going for complete beginners to exercise,
it gives you a fighting chance on keeping up even on the first run through.
I would probably use light weights a second time though and picked them up
for the last interval when she suggested just to give it more upper body.

I’m so proud, this was my first HIIT workout and I can’t believe I was able
to complete it! I was already sweating and out of breath after the warm up
but I carried on and now I feel so good! I look like a big fat tomato aha

JUST finished this that was the hardest workout ever i’m so sweaty ! did
the whole workout but i took some breaks and i wasn’t pushing myself 100%
because i would have died i was out of breath! if i want to lose 5 pounds

This workout rocks! I’m definitely adding it to my routine for those days I
need to kick up my cardio. At first I thought no music would make it boring
and slow but it really doesn’t. The workout moves along seamlessly and I
find his tone of voice and guidance really motivating. Plus, the countdown
and calorie tracker is a huge motivational tool for me too. I also love how
Kelli is real and I feel like I have a workout buddy. Kudos to this cute
team.

i consider myself fit and I was out of breath halfway through this
workout.. don’t know how to feel about myself now. I haven’t done any kind
of HIIT for months and just started today after eating bunch of cookies to
really remind myself how hard it is to burn those junk off. need to lose 10
pounds in following months
