I tried this recipe today and the pancakes came out fantastic. Used
Hershey’s unsweetened cocoa powder instead of the cocoa chips, and no
additional sweetener. I’ve tried no carb protein pancake recipes, and I’ve
got to say, adding the oatmeal makes it a lot closer to the taste and
texture of a real pancake than without oats. Ya need a little bit o’ carbs
in there!
