So I do boxing 4 times a week and boxing is mostly based on cardio so when
I do train I burn a lot of calories . I also run 1-2 times a week. I’ve
been on a high carb low fat whole food plant based diet for 9 months now
and before that I ate a sad diet and restricted my calories from 1500-2000
cals. On the wfpbd I’ve been eating for now 9 months I’ve raised it to 3000
nd up but I’ve gain fat and I can’t lose it no matter how much I train. My
metabolism sucks what should I do?

Derek ,how are you? I need to say ,love your channel ,love how you work
,but I think that your channel will be more succesfull and usefull if you
upload more videos like this ,and some video examples of high protein
recipes without supplements to help people that is in transition to
veganism ,or simply vegans who have no idea how to deal with high protein
meals . There are to many videos with names like “45 grams of protein in
one meal -no supplements” ,but no vegan ones ,and I think that you are the
perfect person to do it (like Matt ogus for example but vegan :P)
Sorry if this message bother you ,its only something that I was thinking
about

DEREK HELP !!! what I must do to get about 6% body fat ? I think this
advice is more for ppl who are overweight and want to get lean, but what if
I want to be ripped ?
