saying going in to that dick sucking mode made me never want to breath
heavy from cold water again.
February 20th, 2015 at 9:28 pm
Uhmmmm… My first cut ever was a successful cut. Goal was 1 pound a week,
for maintaining strength purposes. 500cal deficit on the dailyyyy and lost
a total of around 16ish pounds in 3 months, which was the goal. To sum it
all up, cardio not even once. My routine was literally workout, eat, and
sleep.
February 20th, 2015 at 9:46 pm
a cold shower also makes u move ! ur limbs or jump, and that creates heat
through carb burning… breathing alone wont warm u up. so ur wrong on
this one buddhay . also is fat not more complex then cho ? i moght be wrong

Good to see you back man!

Try tail piping if you want to lose weight then.
You’d have to google it, but it’s what Henry Caville used before superman.
Great for oxygen intake and recovery
February 20th, 2015 at 11:00 pm
a calorie deficit will make you lose fast, no more nor less. You can get
jacked just through your diet, not a single minute of cardio. Come on dude
you should know this by now.
February 20th, 2015 at 11:29 pm
I thought fat loss was created by a calorie deficit
February 20th, 2015 at 11:38 pm
Wow thats crazy!
February 21st, 2015 at 12:27 am
Bro science, I like it!
February 21st, 2015 at 12:32 am
If you want to lose weight create a caloric deficit either by decreasing
your caloric intake or doing cardio(or both). If you want to gain weight
create a caloric surplus by increasing your caloric intake. Lipolysis (or
fat utilization) is created as a glucose sparing mechanism and is utilized
when plasma glucose is not present or in low quantities(so when you are
lacking substrates). I love you Migan and I would love to see which
research paper you got this information from.
February 21st, 2015 at 1:13 am
Migan your videos are great and I wanted to try some overtraining but I’m
not sure how to go about it . Could you make a nucleus
overload/overtraining routine that I could follow I would greatly
appreciate it and follow it.

Fat loss is not about eating less and exercising more. It’s actually the
opposite but eating the right foods. Its all about hormones and leptin
being the sole contributor to whether you gain or lose fat.
February 21st, 2015 at 1:57 am
Thanks for the video man, really helpful. But the formula kinda says if
you’re getting a lot of exercise you just can eat whatever the fuck you
wanna do, since there’s nothing mentioned about dieting, but you can do 2
hours of cardio a day and 2 hours of intense weight lifting but if you eat
6 meals of pure fast food mc donalds burgers ass shit you still won’t lose
that fat anyway

Q&A Video: “Is Cardio Necessary For Fat Loss?”
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DhtbdxEyjfo

Can it be simple cardio sessions such as walking or HIIT?
February 21st, 2015 at 7:00 am
Keep it! I like SHORT INFORMATIVE videos.

Hi Sean,
Big shout out from India. I don’t have any access to Cardio equipment like
Treadmill, Cross trainer etc. I take a walk (just walk, no jogging) in the
morning and do my weight training in the evening. Is it okay?
I was on a bulk for the last 8 months, I gained 25 lbs,I have gained
significant muscle in my upper body, but It seems I have accumulated Face
Fat. It looks a bit rounder and Jaw line is not exactly robust or angular.
Interestingly I haven’t gained much fat in my mid section and Hips. Is it
just me? or a bulk can cause accumulation of face fat?

Doing Lyle McDonald’s UD2 right now. on most days, he wants you to cut your
calories by 50% of your maintenance. Since he doesn’t recommend eating
below 1200 calories, I have to eat 1200 calories and do cardio to meet a
net of 900 calories :(
February 21st, 2015 at 8:14 am
I have a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder so all my workouts have
been lower body and lots and lots of cardio. I started a diet and exercise
program last August of 2013. My beginning weight was 434lbs and 62% body
fat. I am now at 314lbs and 30% body fat. I wanted to know since I am doing
mostly cardio for fat loss since my injury, is there a target heart rate
that I should stay at or should I just keep pushing it till I’m soaked in
sweat like I have been? During these cardio sessions my heart rate is
around 170 for an hour. My goal is to get my weight down to 240 by mid
April.

Sir,Thank you for the video.It just helps.I had a question….There is lot
of hype behind oil being used while cooking.I am confused on which oil to
use…Give some tips.
February 21st, 2015 at 10:24 am
Sean, do you think it’s possible to make significant cardiovascular
improvements whilst in a extended calorie deficit rather than in a calorie
surplus? I am ‘cutting’ at the moment, but also trying to improve my cardio
fitness. My deficit is about 300kcal below maintenance so non drastic, is
this counterproductive trying to get fitter whilst in a cut so to speak.
Many thanks in advance for all the advice you give out.
February 21st, 2015 at 10:38 am
Thank you for the video! However I need help… I work out 4-5 times a
week, I want to melt some body fat, but I also want to grow my muscles a
bit… How should I eat and combo cardio? Growing muscles needs more
calories, but melting body fats needs caloric deficit and this is where my
head explodes as I don’t know what to do :S Maybe you could do a detailed
video about that? Thanks!
February 21st, 2015 at 11:12 am
please make an, should you go to failure video

I lost about 75 pounds and am down to 159 and I’m 5’5 I lost weight through
clean eating and being more active but in the past two months I’ve started
weight lifting and really learning about working out I’m working out 4
times a week and I’ve noticed good results but I carry a lot of excess fat
in my stomach and thighs and I’m kind of stumped with how much cardio I
should be doing should I do more cardio to burn more belly fat and less
weight lifting till my body fat percentage gets lower then lift more
weights or can I burn belly fat through weight lifting and just do the
amount of cardio your suggesting? Right now I do about half an hour of
cardio before I start lifting is that too much cardio? Sorry for the book
I’ve just read so much different stuff and some direct advice would help me
so much thank you love your channel!
February 21st, 2015 at 12:08 pm

Thanks Sean! Please could you make a video about this question: Does cardio
reduce your muscle gains ? or in other words “its cardio counterproductive
for build muscle?” Thanks a lot again.

bro im having piriformis syndrome for couple months now it so annoying any
tip how to get rid of it
February 21st, 2015 at 2:41 pm
I hate cardio, but i love weightlifting. Seriously, is 10 minutes of cardio
enough / workout? I usually do my cardio before my workout, like 10
Minutes, 4 minutes of brisk walking, and 6 minutes of running with a speed
of 10. Is it enough though to destroy fat?
February 21st, 2015 at 3:25 pm
What are benefits of long term hard cardio?
February 21st, 2015 at 4:08 pm
Sean does it matter what types of fats I consume ? or it doesnt matter as
long as I stay away from Trans Fat ? and comsume saturated, unsaturated,
poly, and mono ?
February 21st, 2015 at 4:37 pm
Hey I am brown. Can I eat butter chicken and still be muscular???
February 21st, 2015 at 5:17 pm
HIIT is great as you burn calories for ages after you finish doing it, I
mix them both us. Steady state and HIIT. Kettlebell swing are an awesome
form of cardio too.
February 21st, 2015 at 5:50 pm
cardio increases metabolism, and so does eating more. You recommended
eating less, this is stupid because you’re slowling your metabolismdown.
