I love it ! Building muscle and burning fat is my goal. Thanks for clearing
the air on those dang crunches too. I have no desire to make my abs bigger.
What do you suggest for working on belly fat ?

Please give more details about the diet, about how many reps, how much time
spent in the gym, how many sessions per week, the resting interval, how do
you group the muscles per training.

Beware my friend of some of the negative comments below. Some of the
negative remarks are grounded in pure B.S. If you personally test this
theory and it works, then Great. If not, DISCARD it and move on. Remember,
Everyone’s body is different to some degree. There is no “one stop workout
that works for everyone.” Find out what works for you and when you do….
Hold on for dear life and run with it, because LIFE IS GOING TO ME
AWESOME!!!

This is true. Losing weight vs getting lean are 2 different things. I
started back working out over 7 months ago. I was a skinny fat of about 186
pounds. I lost quite a bit of fat, and gained muscle. Today I am about 198
and a body fat of about 13% or less. I am 52 yrs old and doing a bit of a
cutting phase to get shredded. My calories are in a bit of a deficit about
2400 per day doing a 40,40,20 macro spread. So like you said, I am as well
living proof.

It’s too bad this is a gray area, since so many people suffer from obesity.
People could use as much clarity as possible on this topic.

using ct fletchers name for more views. good thing you werent gonna go
against him cuz then ud get alot of hate and u dont want that, even though
you led into it and the title made it seem so. too bad you’re boring as
shit, say redundant shit, and take too many pauses to be entertaining.
looks like you invested in some equipment to look more professional, but
who are we kidding, you’re just in it for the money and it was probably
cheap.
hate all these new fitness channels that have nothing new so they talk alot
of random shit. 2 youtube channels that matter. elliot hulse and ct
fletcher. ct fletcher because of motivation, and elliot hulse for
information and guidance. they’ve both made so many videos, any other
channel is just pointless.
all of these new people are just in it for the money. youtube adsense big
bucks. disgusting.

Question.. I’m on my seventh week of a low carb diet and started weight
lifting. I’ve lost 17 lbs but seemed to have stopped losing weight on the
scale. I’m wondering if muscle gain can replace fat lose on the scale? I
feel like I’m losing fat but the scales isn’t showing it. Appreciate any
input. Great video!

That’s what I believe too. First thing I think of when someone is stronger,
bigger, or faster than me is they work harder. That use to be how everyone,
mostly, would think. Today, modern society is just so different. it’s
always something else, an excuse.

puberty first.

Who the fuck is this guy?
April 16th, 2015 at 7:58 am
Is this so hard to believe!? Everybody burns fat while exercising!
April 16th, 2015 at 8:50 am
Isn’t it kinda obvious though that whatever physical activity you do you
will burn fat? Building muscle is made through physical activity. Also the
bigger the muscle mass you have the more fat you burn. So both directly and
indirectly this is true. Great point on fat-loss vs weight-loss!

Disagree and by the way somebody isn’t a hater if they have a different
viewpoint. And calling people bros if they don’t agree lol it is more bro
to believe you can build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Somebody who
is natural cannot build muscle on a deficit unless they are obese or very
new to stimulus. People sometimes think they look bigger because they look
leaner that is one misconception. You can however gain strength in a
deficit for a while but this does not mean you are gaining muscle mass.
Your body is a furnace and when you throw wood on the fire it is in a
surplus for that time, if you go a few hours without eating it is in a
deficit it is only the mean average over a period of time that you stay in
either zone that you either gain of lose. For A natural body not pumped up
on hormones it is not beneficial for the body to want to build muscle when
in a deficit. Why when your body is panicking and thinking it is starving
and as a last resort decides to eat itself would it think ‘ let’s build
some muscle mass which also takes up more calories rather than survive’.
